Saito Restaurant

I thought I would have something different today, so I ordered a lunch Bento Box with teriyaki chicken. The box must come with different sides each time since I didn't get the same items as before. I called in my order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The box came with teriyaki chicken, steamed rice, 1 batter fried ring 1 zucchini and 1sweet potato piece, tempura shrimp and iceberg lettuce. I also had fried spring rolls. The chicken and rice was good, but the rest was not enjoyable for me. I am not fan of a lot battered food so I peeled the it off. While I was not completely satisfied, I will something different the next to dine there. The staff has always been nice and have orders ready upon arrival.

This use to be the best Japanese food in Bartlett. Now, not so much. Last few years Ive went here food is cold and taste left over. Today I paid $90 for lunch for 3 people and got cold food while fighting gnats the entire time I was eating. Even our waitress seemed to be embarrassed about us waving our hands over our food while trying to eat. Never going back. I will be going to Red Koi or Rockin Sushi in the future.

I really like this place. It has good sushi and bento boxes (try these if you haven't yet, I would recommend for lunch bc they are large portions), as well as classic hibachi both at the grill or just to the table. It had options even for picky eaters who love classic American style East Asian fare. Good service too, always had drinks and food was quick. Place is clean and felt comfortable. I would go back.

We had a wonderful chef at our hibachi grill who was fun and kind and an excellent cook. Our service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive and funny and was always there if we needed something. Was quick with refills before we even asked!I had steak and my husband had salmon and they were both exactly how we wanted it. It's the little things for me, too, that make a big difference. The soup and salad are EXCELLENT. We also had some sushi and it was so fresh and delicious. This was our second visit here and I'm a big, big fan. Can't wait to come back again! I'll shoot for more photos next time, too.

Came here with a friend for sushi and hibachi! When we arrived we were seated promptly and our server came shortly after. The customer service was great throughout the entire meal especially the chef that made our hibachi. I ordered the chicken hibachi and sooo much comes with it! You get a side salad, soup, rice, veggies, and noodles. I definitely had leftovers! The only thing about the meal was the dry chicken breast. I also order sushi, Cupcake Roll, and it was tasty! I had the Bahama Mama as a drink and the bartender made it very well. Overall, this meal hit the spot with a ton of leftovers. I will definitely come back!

Selected this location for a work lunch. Depending on how you enter the location in the GPS, it can take you to the other side of the shopping center. It was fairly empty when we arrived so we were able to choose a table we liked. Let me just say that the playlist is amazing!! Our server was very attentive. The menu is pretty straightforward. For appetizers, we had spring rolls and wontons. Both were pretty good. There is a variety of lunch special options. I chose a shrimp and steak fried rice combination with soup and salad. My saito punch was very delicious. We continued to chill and enjoy the playlist while discussing work. The food and drinks are good and the prices are really reasonable. I would visit again.

Went went on a Friday night after 9PM. The grills were closed which was no problem. We were promptly seated and served! The strawberry lemonade was great! I ordered the TN roll and a chicken hibachi! It was all very good! I went back and ordered Togo food 3 Days later! Will def be back again!

Food was good, sushi was fresh, really went in for the lunch special pick 2 and wanted scallops and filet but was told they took the scallops off the lunch menu, but the printed menu hadn't been updated yet so got the shrimp which was good a replacement, some of the onions the outer layer could have been left off the plate and the zucchini could be sliced a bit more uniformly and cooked a bit longer. Service was quick & fast waitress was attentive. Only issue with the ambiance was the gnats, I noticed like every table had a red apple on them baby the gnats was horrible like they made me not enjoy my experience like I really wanted because I was constantly fanning them away which sucks because this is one of my favorite places, and the floor was sticky like walking through I hate having my shoes sticking to the floor.

We have been eating at Saito for decades and have some wonderful meals and celebrations there. The current owners do not provide the same quality of food that we could previously enjoy at Saito. Yesterday my to go order was 30% higher than the menu price listed on their website and the food was hard, dry, and cold. I called to speak to the manager and he smirked and said, "We haven't updated that website in like a year or more". I told him I wasn't requesting anything, I just wanted him to know the experience I had there yesterday and his response was, "I dunno what you want me to do." Goodbye, Saito. We miss the old place.
