Everything can improve about this place. The delivery was sent to another address. The chicken wings were saltier than if they were marinated in the Dead Sea. Skip this place at all cost.

Is there anything more American than the pizza order for delivery? I'd argue that is a far more American than crap like apple pie and baseball. Disregard the Italian sounding names of many pizzerias. We have Americanized it. And by golly we have made it even better. The look, the taste, and the artery clogging of our style of pizza is unrecognizable to those pretentious Europeans. I was shocked to receive such bad customer service at this location. I went to try to pick up an order over the weekend & there were no parking spots due to another business or something having a gathering. I tried to go in three times, and it was tough. I went in twice and had to figure out how to get back out of the location due to other cars trying to block me back in. I call the office to get a refund or have another way to get my food and the guy was rude & told me that I would need to find a way to get in and, pick my stuff up and get out. He would not even offer a refund. This was the worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. If you are trying to pick up food on weekends, you may want to avoid this place. There's too many other great pasta/pizza places in town.

This pizza tastes like papa John's. It's not good in my opinion. You're better off getting pizza from an establishment that is a bit more authentic. Very disappointed.

Took an hour and a half for delivery. I could have walked there and back in far less time. Pizza was not hot when it arrived. We ordered a thin crust special pizza. Not a lot of meat, not a lot of sauce. Definitely not a good pizza. First and last time.

I wouldn't even them one star if I didn't have too.One UBER eats mistake, and the restaurant is SO cheap they expect the customers to sacrifice for it. The man who answered the phone is rude and won't answer the phone.No wonder this place has 2 stars. I never make reviews but I will until this place gets the bad karma they deserve. God bless you.

You deserve no stars for food you put out and should be embarrassed . Why be in business when your putting out such a bad product I ordered a pizza and wings for the football game on Saturday for my husband . I had it delivered , my delivery went well . I've never ordered from you beforeThe pizza was gross and and wings were sad . A big waste of money it all went in the trash .

I am totally surprised at seeing only a two star rating for this location. Our employees order from Roma at least 8-10 times a month and also for business lunches. The pizza is awesome, especially the specialty pizzas Sundried Tomato Veggie Pizza!!!!. Also recommend the Calzones!The manager is very customer friendly and always takes care of us.

This place provides extremely fast and reliable pizza. The guys that work there are great. It isn't going to blow your mind, but sometimes you just need a solid slice of pizza that will be ready for pick up in 10 minutes. The prices are also the most reasonable of any in Nashville. The reviews below expect it to be equivalent to five points or folk. You aren't going to get that here, but it will be ready faster and open later. Expect a step above papa John's or dominos. And plan for carry out.

Placed an order thru Uber eats... after spending almost $40 for a pizza and a soda... the soda was never given to the delivery driver! And the pizza was TINY!
