ered the chicken parm sub from them and they delivered a sandwich that had no chicken. (See photo) and just sauced it up. I called them to see why this was and the guy said "well that's not my favorite item" this is not a REAL ITALIAN place, they opened an Italian place because of profit margins not the love of the food. Said they would call me the next day and never did.

I've lived close to this pizza spot almost 3 years now so have ordered here a handful of times. While it's most definitely not my favorite place, it does the job if you need a decent spot for a pizza pie.Crust is my biggest issue. Very bland in my opinion, and dry. Doesn't have that good 'chew' I like in my pizza crust. Topping options are great! My personal go to is pepperoni, artichoke, onion and jalapeño. Customer service is spotty. I've had great experiences and I've had some not so great experiences, really just depends on the day. Last time I ordered from here I placed my order over the phone at 6:30pm and was told 25 minutes. My dad went up to grab the pizza at 7pm and he was told there was no order placed. He called me, confirmed he was at the right pizza spot and I said he was. The guy was arguing with him there was no order under my name. Two minutes later a lady walked out from the back with our pizza. Thing is, as I laughed about with my dad after he got home, I gave my order to a guy over the phone and there was only one man and one woman working... puzzling.Will I be back? Probably, because it's the best option for a quick last minute pizza in my immediate area.

If they make their own marinara, they need a new recipe. If they make their own meatballs, they need a new recipe. And if they make their own breadsticks, they need a new recipe. I've gotten better ingredients from discount grocery stores up the road and really wish I had done that instead The pasta was under seasoned and overcooked, the interior of the restaurant was disgustingly dirty (a mop bucket was catching leaking water in the waiting area), and despite ordering my takeout ahead, I had to wait twenty minutes for my order. We have used this Pizzaria Roma location ever since we moved to Bellevue, 22 years ago. We find the employees polite & competent & the Pizza itself delectable. My husband grades his pizza location by the crust flavor, and I grade it on the choice of toppings, both of us giving Pizzaria Roma high marks in those categories.

Roma's Pizza on Nolensville Road in Nashville I'm a disabled senior member of physically I ordered a pizza and they took my money and my order I didn't get nothing this is what I call stinking filthy Crooks I would not ever ever do business here again and I would urge anybody to stay away from this kind of business because this is a trend going on now today and times and somebody's got to stand up and speak about this kind of crooked Behavior because this is my Social Security money they took $30 and that's a lot of money to me thank you bad bad people !
