Staff is awesome. Always the BEST service.Unfortunately, the barstools are an accident waiting to happen... and recently, they are unfortunately always out of chips. Also, they offer a loyalty program but the rules seem to change every day depending on the owner's mood. They should call it an un-loyalty program.... Edit, he randomly took the loyalty away snd he made another recent bonehead decision that may run off more loyal customers.

This is the BEST place in Memphis for a good ole Karaoke night!!! I never really listened to Country music until I felt the SOUL during great performances!!!! Danielle is by far the best bartender!!! I don't even leave reviews ,but honestly I feel bad that I haven't publicly supported a place that feels like a HOME away from home! I've NEVER song karaoke a day in my life until I came to this place and now I come whenever I feel like getting a tune out of my head or just in need of a good drink!!! You can cry or live your best life and I promise you no one will judge you. It's LOVE all around! I would recommend coming on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday 10pm-3am!!!

Got denied entry because my boyfriend did not have his ID on him which is totally understandable but the fact that my transgender friend was discriminated because her ID picture doesn't look how she currently does now is BEYOND me. The older women working there proceeded to call my friend "A man" after we explained to her multiple times she is trans (which is non of her business). On top of the the "security" working the night shift decided it was okay to punch my boyfriend to the ground and proceeded to push me and my friend as well . Non the less the elderly running this place are NOT professional and need to be educated this is the 20th century and simply can not believe what happen last night.

This is the best karaoke bar in town! Friendly staff, great music, and very welcoming environment! We have been coming here for years and it keeps getting better! Great drink prices, amazing bartender, and the best of times!

Rockhouse Live Midtown located inside the old Poplar Lounge offers the best in local rock entertainment. Even though I do enjoy a good rock show & great food I found Rockhouse Live Midtown to be a bit small & crowded for my taste. But don't let that stop you from enjoying the entertainment. Outside of the entertainment space Rockhouse Midtown is a awesome bar for shooting pool & all your bar favorites when it comes to their menu. I had their tater tots & I was very satisfied & will order it with my burger & wings. As far as cover charges they are average & reasonably priced for the acts they offer. The thing that is a small turn off for me is the availability of parking at this location & the parking lot its self it reminds me a lot of Wind Jammer but a little bit morr torn up. Despite the small disadvantages I love this location for karoke & a low key evening over a game of pool with friends I use to hang out with at Wind Jammer. I could overlook the small things in the future I mentioned as Rockhouse Live Midtown has the potential to be my new Wind Jammer.

A small group of my friends went the night before thanksgiving, and our bartender Jamie was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and fun and made our night! Def coming again!
