There are not many places to eat in Arlington but Rizzis is one of the best out there. The pizzas are absolutely delicious and the crust is crispy but still a little floppy. We ordered the "deluxe" and traded the sausage for meatballs. Our main ongoing complaint about Rizzis is that they don't have a house ranch sauce. You are given a little tub of Ken's Steakhouse Ranch if you ask for it to dip your pizza in or for a salad. I think this is a miss on their part and they would hugely benefit from a house ranch! We sat on the patio which had fans and cafe lights, the weather and atmosphere was very nice! Our waitress was attentive and quick. We always leave very full and happy!

The food at Rizzi's is mediocre at best. I wish I had something better to say about the place. Where they really fell down is in customer service. They goofed up our take out order which meant driving all the way back to the place to have them fix it.

Really delicious, quality Italian food!! Guys there are supper sweet and take really good care of customers!! I think they're only "take out" right now but I call ahead and they always make it fresh and keep it hot!! Their sauces and Italian spinach are fantastic!! I have never been disappointed and I get lunch there every other week!! Plenty of authentic Italian to choose from!!

Terrible! Placed my order for pick up arrived per their instructions to discover they didn't put the ticket in. Another man had been waiting for 45 minutes because they couldn't find his pizza. It was apparently boxed and had been sitting in the back the entire time. The restaurant was empty so it wasn't too busy to do things right. They didn't even care. We desperately need places to eat in Arlington.

Very good pizza. Gluten free crust options. Good drink options. Also have some subs, etc. Friendly staff. Meet friends there for lunch occasionally. Sometimes it's a little inconvenient that they've closed on a couple of weekdays, but definitely will go back regularly.

We had 9 ppl come... sat on patio. Little chili.. asked to turn heater on..."it doesn't work" "Can u put the canvas down?" The owner, Dominique, said no!" Went ordered a cheeseburger & fries... LEATHER!!!!!! Fries not done!!! Service was good. A Mc Donald's happy meal would've been much more edible!!! WONT BE BACK!!!!! Zero stars

A few days ago my mother picked up food for the family. Once home, we realized a chicken cesar salad was missing. My mother drove back, picked up the missing salad, and return home for the second time. We then realized the salad didn't have any chicken. I called and spoke with employee Tina, who stated the only compensation she could make was a $2.50 refund. When I stated all of our food was cold waiting for our mother to return with her salad, Tina replied that since the rest of the order was correct we should've eaten it while it was hot. Tina's unprofessionalism in a customer service job was appalling. My family and I will not be returning to Rizzi's, and Hopefully Tina can find a more suitable job that matches her attitude, such as a factory job where she is far away from customers.
