There is nothing better than a neighborhood place to go where you are treated like family. I bring all my friends here and we always feel welcomed and special The food is good, the girls are friendly, beautiful and have a wonderful attitude. They always make sure we are happy with anything we order. The manager Hannah goes above and beyond trying to please and make sure everything is up to each persons standards.Not to mention the creativity of drinks served which is great. We go to alot of places and because of all this Rivals is our go to place.Thank you everyone !!

Wow what an amazing experience at rivals Lily, Hannah and Tracy were incredible, the service was awesome the food was great talk with the locals Kyle and Tony just added to the experience 5 stars all day.

First and foremost, our server, Lily, was absolutely wonderful! She really did try for us.With that being said, the "patty melt" was a joke..a burger patty with cheese, on bread. No grilled onions. Sweet potato fries were LOADED with salt. Who puts salt on sweet potato fries? But, I digress. My friends food, the black and blue burger, did not have blue cheese crumbles as stated on the menu. Her french fries, absolutely doused in salt. We asked for another order of french fries, and they also came absolutely doused in salt. All the while, the cook with glasses was watching from the back and glaring the entire time. Absolutely horrible experience with the food. Lily and the bartender (another young lady) were extremely accommodating and even changed the music when we asked.

Apparently you can't take constructive criticism. Instead of looking internally you choose to belittle the patron. Never once was a comment made about special needs people. I am hearing impaired with 50% hearing so that is absolutely not in my repertoire. Our party was never rude. Telling the truth is not rude. It is not against the law for 2 people to leave a review which both parties have been demeaned and belittled. We were told the bartender was NOT the manager so that's a lie. My reference to items on the menu not being as described was explained in the description of each item ordered. You failed to catch that. When it comes to Pepsi vs Coca-Cola products that is a misrepresentation and violation of a trademark. You must be a bitter person to attack an honest review. Perhaps you should step back and reread what was written and move forward with bettering your staff and your establishment and not waste time on attacking reviews. I wish you luck in the future. You can have a wonderful place if you choose to take the time to put some effort into it. I stand by my 1star and now wish it could be zero with your bad attitude.

This is a great restaurant ifYou like burgers and game day food!! It is decorated with sports decor. I had the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich with fries. It was delicious!! I will be back!!

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food while watching everyone who arrived after us get their food. Two plates out of our order arrived cold and waited another 5 minutes for another plate to arrive then another 5 for the next and the final plate arrived. They did comp the final meal but over all it was a horrible experience. The waitress did apologize but never asked if we needed refills or if we needed anything. We had to get up and find her to pay our bill. I try to be understanding but this was too much.

Very friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Different events happening through the week! .50 wing nights on Wednesday! Family friendly. A good variety of food.

This is a nice little place I found while traveling. Service was pleasant & attentive. Food was delicious. Had the fried fish. Very crispy and not oily. Would recommend.

Went to Rivals for dinner, and the food was amazing. I had the ribeye steak with shrimp special & my husband had the cod with shrimp special. Everything was cooked to perfection & plated well. And, our waitress MacK was so pleasant & she treated us well. Great atmosphere also. We would highly recommend giving Rivals a try.

Where do I start? I'll start with what was good. Lily, our server, was spot on and did everything she could to make our horrible (food) experience better. She was amazing.On to the menu. When a menu says an item is served one way, it should come that way. When it says pepsi products, don't serve Coca-Cola products. Lastly, the food. We, as a party of three, all have different taste so we ordered different things.1) Patty Melt with sweet potato fries. A patty melt is not a Swiss cheese burger slapped between 2 pieces of bread. (Especially when customer says no Swiss cheese) It's a cheddar burger with grilled onions and mayo on grilled or toasted rye bread. Sweet potatoes do not get salt (which they were extremely salty).2) Black and Bleu burger with crinkle cut fries. Black and Bleu burger is a blackened burger with Bleu cheese crumbles (the menu explains it comes with crumbles). Their version on the menu is a bit different but decided to go with it. It came out with blue cheese slices and way to much aioli sauce. The fries were so incredibly salty we thought we would have a heart attack on the spot. Fries were reordered and came out even salter. Like a kick in the behind and a laugh in the face by the "cook" (spiteful).​3) chicken fingers with parmesan garlic sauce and fried okra. We thought the fingers would be tossed in sauce but we didn't ask either so that may be our mistake. The sauce was on the side and just gross. Lily brought back some sweet BBQ and all was good. The okra was perfect.The 3 of us are from out of town, just passing through. Two of us have been in the industry for 25-30years. Myself from dishwasher, cook, server, to bartender. The other the same up to management. This was the most disappointing experience we have ever had. There wasn't a manager on duty to even talk to. "The owner was here but they went home." How do you run an establishment with zero accountability?
