Great food. Steak was amazing. Service was great. Bartender was on point keeping the drinks filled

I went to rivals with a couple people on 12/28/20 some of the food was cold and not prepared properly and there was a fly in my lady's cup of soda and the waitress was rude I really don't think she likes her job

I went on a Monday afternoon. I was seated at an unclean table and served unseasoned food. The food literally tasted like they just cooked it with no seasoning whatsoever. I enjoyed my salad more than my meal. I've been here before and never had an experience like this before. I'm used to the long waits at night and rude service, but never dirty tables and unseasoned food. Rival's is just not the same as it used to be. I know I ain't coming back.

Wish I could get them zero stars. Came in 45 minutes before their closing time and the hostess flat out told us they are trying to go home and they don't feel like serving us. There were 8 open tables and yet no service. If you say you close the kitchen at 10 then close at 10, not 915.

The service was slow. We had a group of 10. One person never got their cocktail. Our steaks came out with no steak knives. Our salad came 10 minutes later and one person had to wait another 15 minutes for her food. The steaks we just ok and my medium rare looked like it had barely hit the grill. All in all a let down.

Service was terrible here at Rival's. We waiting at our table for roughly 15 minutes and our drink order hadn't even been taken. The food was mediocre at best. A little on the unseasoned side. If you want to serve yourself that might be your best bet here. Definitely will not be back.

LONG POST ALERT So my friend had a birthday dinner at Rivals Steakhouse. When I arrived three friends had already been seated with their drinks and had their orders taken. The beginning was good, the waitress came she took our orders and came back with drinks as fast as she could. I ordered the Grateful Dead drink, it tasted HORRIBLE & before you ask No this isn't my first time ordering this drink here, I've been here several times. Anyway I sent it back and ordered a coke. About 10 minutes later the waitress brings it back & said it was remade, I stated I didn't want it remade I traded it for the coke (the drink had not been remade at all just sat on the counter & brought back to me) I asked for the manager. After my issue many other issues occurred, my order came before any of the orders that had been taken before I got there. One of those orders the lady never even put the order! Then she went in the kitchen to "rush" the forgotten order and brought out COLD FOOD! A steak was ordered but the sides were wrong. No one recieved refills on their drinks (they offered us to-go drinks at the end, after speaking to the manager we were ignored until they wanted to rush us to pay tickets & leave) Speaking of this "manager" she was also the "bartender" that made the nasty concoction I was supposed to drink. When she came to the table & I explained my issue she stated that she made the drink for other people and had no problem & that the drink was nasty because it had so many alcohols in it & this is why I should read the menu so I know what's in the drinks before I order them. Now this pissed me off cause now you tryna insinuate I can't read? Mind you this a over 40 year old woman dressed in short shorts & a tank top as if she's working for Coyote Ugly and "managing" It's a bunch of liquor in a walk me down and it's good asf so this drink tasting horrible is because she doesn't know what she's doing behind that bar! Then to admit that you don't taste the drink to know what they taste like that means you don't know what they're supposed to taste like either to tell me whether you could have possibly made this one wrong! Then she didn't apologize not one time for all the issues we had. And had the nerve to go to the bar & talk about us in front of other customers! Whew chile ion know if it's just the fact she thought maybe we 6 poor black folks and that's why we got treated any kind of way but I WILL NOT BE BACK IN RIVALS EVER TO SPEND A DIME!

Worst experience I've had ever at a restaurant being a new person there the kitchen staff is great but the service was appalling the kids don't know how to talk to you or work without having a attitude when someone says anything to them I wouldn't recommend going there if it was the last place in Greenville to many chiefs not enough Indians extremely disappointed in how things were handled would love to hear from the owners

Service was so disrespectful. After the hostess informed us about the establishment not having any menus available, we sat for about 10mns with no interaction with any employees. The same hostess escorted an older white couple in after us and proceeded to hand them menus. The same hostess proceeded to take their drink order, bring them the beer and then took their food order. WTH??????I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Several patrons even commented on the lack of service we received. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
