Everything! Hairstylist was on time and fabulous? Everyone who works there is just precious and kind. Lovely atmosphere.

Syd was awesome.I've recently moved from Atlanta and needed to find a new salon. She gave me foiliage (sp?) but I LOVED the way she did the overall highlights. It really brightened up my blonde and gave me a sun kissed glow. I've found my new spot --I love that they use Oribe and am so grateful to have a place locally to buy my favorite products I can trust!

The salon is modern enough, and the people that work there nice enough, but their hair styling skills are questionable. New to the area, I specifically called and asked for someone who could cut a stacked bob. What I got was not a stacked bob, and the cutting was so bad, that I had to fly back to my old stylist in Los Angeles to get it put right. But, you can't put back chunks of hair that shouldn't have been cut in the first place. I was so in shock at the time that I thanked her and tipped her well. Haven't we all done that? This place is really for the blue-rinse set, who don't need technical expertise.

Awesome, Professional, Courteous, and attentive!! Those are just a few words too describe my experience. You get what you pay for is very true. If you want a quick cut and style go to Supercuts. If you want a professional invested in building a relationship and creating the bed st look for you....this is your place. Sandy was my stylist. I was terrified to allow anyone else to do my hair since I had moved here 8 months ago from Houston. Sandy listened to what I wanted, provided recommendations and I walked out feeling even more beautiful than when I walked in! The front desk staff are great and will greet you with a warm smile. The styling products are the best in the business at an affordable price. If you read my reviews you will know I don't fluff any of them. If you're good then you're good I'm my opinion. Try this place and see for yourself. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.

What a nice salon! I came in for a base color w Lindsey and she pampered me! It was so easy to schedule my appointment over the phone or online. The atmosphere is clean, modern and friendly. You feel special from the moment you walk in and your confidence radiates when you leave! Check the impressive website and treat yourself in 2020 to an experience of bliss!

Sue is amazing! AllOf the staff is so nice and welcoming, but sue was very knowledgeable, personable, and made the experience very relaxing. She did an amazing job on my damaged, over processed hair. She was very up front with me so she could help with the best ways and products. She made my hair look normal again and made me feel beautiful, I completely trust them and was in great hands!!!

I had the BEST salon experience today here and I'm so pleased! MacKenzie did a beautiful job with my Coppola treatment and cut. I've found my new stylist. Beautiful salon and very lovely staff too!

& the response just shows how unprofessional they truly are. I was not "20 mins late". However, I would've actually been on time if your workers were knowledgeable about where you were specifically located. I actually called your salon 3 times to find out where you were. Her poor description actually made me 10 mins late to my appt. and that 10 extra minutes u added on actually makes a huge difference. Also, i should have posted my complaint at the time of service but I recently spoke with not one but two clients that you've had who shared they had bad experiences as well and felt my review would only help others seeking professional quality service. It's not "sad" that I've waited several months to post my review. I assumed it was just a one time thing and you guys just had a bad day but obviously I was wrong. It's great Elizabeth has a large following, but I will not step a foot into this salon and will continue to warn others not to as well.

Wow what a wonderful experience!!! I didn't get a haircut or color... but I'm in town for work and needed product for my new cut. I called, and the very friendly front desk person said they had 9 on hand and if 8 people came in before I could get there, she'd put the 9th on hold for me! Ha! Then I arrived and was further treated so kindly and like I'd been going to that salon for years. I'd highly recommend it, and I may even schedule a service here just because I was blown away by my experience!

Loved this place!! I had an appointment at 3:30 to get my hair curled for prom. I walked in at 3:25, and I was done by 3:39! I asked for loose wavy curls and the results were exactly what I wanted!! Already scheduled another appointment here for my second prom!!
