First time trying Rice Box. Service was very fast and attentive and the ambiance was welcoming. We started with the shrimp Shumai and it was pretty good, but a little small for a shareable appetizer. I would recommend it for someone looking to eat it by themselves. I got the C02 hibachi dinner, and overall it was pretty good. I asked for steak medium and it came out well done and very tough, but the chicken and everything else was good. I would go back, but probably not get steak again.

I don't know what you guys are impressed by. I have had a lot of poke' and this is very far from the best. Look at my photos. I ordered the Salmon Rice Bowl. It came out looking great. I soon realized that I didn't see any salmon in it. I called the server over and let her know that all I saw was veg and no fish. She took my fork and dug through my food and explained that there are 4 pieces of salmon in it. FOUR. See that little M&M sized piece of fish in the photo? That's what there are 4 of. The photos on their menu on on their walls show REAL poke' bowls with a layer of big, beautiful salmon cubes; not these little nibbles of salmon. The mango tea was candy sweet, so too sweet. I know this place seems cool and different for a smaller city, but they have a long way to go to get it right. Especially with their prices. Rice Box, you're on the right track, but your food needs to match your menus and wall art.*** I want to add one positive thing. The service was fantastic. I didn't catch our server's name but she was wonderful.

This is a clean little place that offers something different, for this area. The food is good. They've got different sauces to spruce up the dishes and they have flavored cola. The price is reasonable. Parking is difficult, and big trucks should be a no-go. Check this one out for something a little different and maybe even more healthy.

Was up-charged $3 extra for "same protein" on Poke BowlTheir protein portion sizes are quite small. It's 3-4 little cubes of salmon that equal 1 portion (see picture- that's all the salmon. None was underneath. It's all pictured. They're so small too if you compare it to any other item in bowl for reference). I ordered a 3 protein bowl so I could have an okay amount of salmon. For an unexplained reason, if you want two portions of the "same protein" it's an extra $3 charge. I asked the waitress about it when she gave us our check and she was super condescending to me that it caught me off guard. I guess explaining to me salmon is raw was far more important than mentioning a bogus up-charge. The seating is pretty tight and you're close to others. It's not a big deal though. The coke, on the other hand, during the visit tasted like the pipes were dirty where it came from on top of being watered down and not carbonated. It was beyond gross, my husband just drank my milk tea instead. This was the second and last time I'll ever go and support this local business. First time was to go and it had 3 little pieces of salmon for a 2 portion bowl. I was shocked and thought maybe they just skimped on it since it was to-go. Nope, jokes on me.

Love the signature rice bowls. I could eat them every day. The dinner for two is great also. I couldn't believe how much food you received for the price. Top of my list for takeout in Jonesboro!

portions are smaller than a lot of other places for the same price or more!! I don't see what the hype is over this place- we went and froze, they had on the air and it was so coldcouldn't even enjoy our meal and for 3 adults it was $76 and that was nothing extra!!! I won't be back and I'm sure they won't be in business long.
