Reservations Bar and Bistro

Service was not good at all the waiter pay more attention to a party that was going on than assisting us as well didn't knowledge us or looked our way even after someone from my table tried flagging her she walked so fast past us I went to get the host and she ended up serving us, food was ok but I won't be going back and what's the crazy part they was not busy or packed.

This is my first one star review I ever done for a restaurant. I made reservations for my friend and I to come and try the restaurant. On May 19, 2024 we walked into the restaurant for our reservation. There was a guy there on the host stand. He told us someone will be there to assist us. Well twenty minutes later and a line staring behind us we was still waiting for someone to assist us. It really ridiculous I have to basically give up on my reservation for the place. My friend and I ended up going somewhere where else to eat. Very disappointed with this place. I was really looking forward to trying the food my mistake.

If this place is going to make it, it needs a complete overhaul. I'm talking Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer, type of overhaul. First, the servers are slow with acknowledging when patrons need assistance. Most of them sit and socialize with one another, drinking and smoking hookah between walks to/from the kitchen. Second, tables aren't cleaned after parties pay and leave. Third, the music is way too loud and full of profanity. Finally, the servers' uniforms reveal things I shouldn't see at the dinner table . This place is obviously struggling and, unfortunately, will continue to decline.

Terrible costumers service. I ordered a hooka . Never seen the server in 2hrs . I was charged and nerver received it or reimbursed. Could talk to a manager or anything. I wouldn't recommend it to an animal. !!!!

Whoever cooked this shrimp and grits that's a hell naw for me the presentation is off the chain but the taste is a nope my mother-in-law had the salmon croquettes she didn't like it like I said the presentation was on taste wise naw service was good no problem with that we here for the brunch music is loud this is a club setting baby still sleep knowing it's so loud that was a let down ... first and last time

We had reservations for 2 at 1:30 and was seated at 1:25. I ordered the Reservation Special. A lot of food but inexpensive. Server wasn't familiar with menu at all nor could answer basic questions. She was very sweet and went to the kitchen to retrieve answers. Still got the order incorrect but again she was thoughtful and sweet. It was a party of 2 and it took an hour for the food come out. The music and drinks made the hour suitable in addition to the ambiance and friendly courteous staff. This is not to say that they had poor service. They were all very nice. My friends and I were excited to try this spot out for BFF day. We made reservations in advance. When we arrived, we were immediately ushered to our seats. It went all downhill from there. The server came and took our drink and appetizer order. We only had water. For the app, we had the buffalo and steak eggrolls. They were not good. We ate it because we saved our appetite and we were hungry! After the appetizer, our server did not come back and check on us for at least 30 minutes. I was so tempted to leave (and should have), but we were able to call other servers over to get more water. 45 minutes later, our server came over and took our order. We waited another 35 minutes before food came out. I had fish, asparagus, and sweet potato casserole. The fish was the only good thing about this visit. The asparagus were ok and the casserole was extremely dry! They have a lot to learn and grow from. I understand that they are new, but poor service is just not ok. Then to top it off, the food wasn't great. The music was probably the best thing and that only if you like hip hop and r&b.

We decided to visit this restaurant on a Saturday. We had reservations at 6. When we arrived, we were immediately seated but we waited 20 mins before anyone ever come to give greet us. Yes, they are serving waters in plastic cups and using plastic utensils. I wasn't mad about it though. We put in appetizers. I got the wings which Also came with fries. When she brought the food to the table, i immediately saw a long piece of hair on one if the wings. I let our waitress know and she said hmmm how should i handle this the proceeded to pick the one wing off my plate and out it in a napkin. She came back out with one wing and said that it was a feather from the chicken. I def know the difference between a chicken feather and a humans hair!! But she replaced it so i digress. We ordered the strawberry Hennessy. It was just alright to me. Nothing spectacular about it at all. I didn't even finish it. For entrees i ordered the lamb chop, my friend got the friend chicken and another friend just wanted a Cesar salad but was told that they are out of salad (though they put salad under the appetizer wings) so she just got some shrimp. everyone said their food was just ok. The lamb chops was my greatest disappointment, they were extremely over cooked and lacked seasoning. Surprisingly, the shrimp was well seasoned but the chicken wings too lacked seasoning. The lights began to get lower around 7 and even more dimmer at 8. Every hour, the music was turned up a notch. The vibe def gives club vibes! The people were coming in in heels and some were in Jordan's! After while it just got too loud to even hear us talking at the table. Glad i got to go to try it out but not sure that it's somewhere i have to go back to.

The only thing I've ever had at this place was alcohol.The music is so good and down south with R and B and a bit of old school. The staff is so cool and laid back and attentive. I will definitely be back

Went in on Friday night. Terrible service. Music way too loud. Didn't even get a chance to order food because there were barely any workers. Bar seats were broken. Dirty. Definitely needs improvement all around.
