This location is on the outer rim of the Wolfchase parking lot. It is a pretty busy location and a ton of cars. Like I said, plenty of parking spots but they have a ton of patrons as well.The service was slow yet kind. The waitress was very fun and the staff had plenty of smiles. Our glasses stayed empty for a long time. Some meals came out instantly while others took 30 minutes. I wish the service was more consistent with table visits but at least the smiles and nice attitude was consistent.The ambiance feels good. I could see myself having a party with friends here or being on a date. The food has the most basic seasoning. It does not taste bad but there is nothing special about it either. The sauces go a good job of making the food taste a little bit better. Even though the food was basic they gave me more food than I could eat.

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in years. Decided to try it again and left very satisfied. Our waitress, Portia, was wonderfully attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean. Now for the food, who goes to Red Lobster and not get seafood? ME! The filet mignon was so tender and well seasoned. The cheddar bay biscuits were still amazing the way I remembered them being!

Ordered some biscuits for curbside before leaving midtown. When I arrived, I waited in the car for 10+ minutes and no one came outside. I walked into a nearly empty restaurant with employees on their phones, employees with AirPods in and a serious lack of any kind of customer service. After being directed to the bar, I was told that there were no biscuits ready and they were cooking fresh biscuits. It took 20+ more minutes. Why even ask what time I'll be arriving?! Very disappointing!

Came to red lobster randomly because of the (dine in) unlimited shrimp. Food was how I remembered it (in a good way). I tend to always get the same thing- waltz fav fried shrimp, shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo. The biscuits were nice, warm and buttery just how I like them. I got a premixed margarita which wasn't too strong but as to be expected from a premix. My waiter was new but great. She was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The wait was about 35-45 for a Saturday late afternoon that wasn't too bad.

The male manager who assisted us at the bar around 5 p.m. on 10/28/2023 displayed professionalism, decisiveness, intentionality, and relentlessness to ensure his customers were taken care of. My colleague and I had an incident with the female bartender, and coincidently, the manager walked by us. We asked for his assistance, and he immediately addressed our concerns. We could see that the female bartender was very displeased with his decision; however, I appreciate that he acknowledged the mistake, made an executive decision, and ensured that we were very well taken care of before he proceeded with his other responsibilities. I apologize for not remembering your name, male manager; I genuinely appreciate how you ensured we were treated with attention and respect.

Ordered take out via the app. The food was properly cooked and was accurate in what we ordered including the Admiral's Feast and the children popcorn shrimp with baked potato. The to go person was helpful and got me more tarter and cocktail sauces as requested. However the welcome person (hostess) was not very welcoming. On my entry she in a gruff voice asked me "what you want" without any other acknowledgement or greeting. Not very nice. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and this was not her usual demeanor. Enough said.

The place was empty, yet our food took forever and was not tasty. The server was not polite. He was more interested in the take out orders than serving tables. When I asked why there weren't a lot of patrons in the restaurant, he shrugged his shoulders and said that "Everybody thinks we are closed." We went there for the advertised crab fest. The crab legs were dry and even though we ordered an extra serving (1/2 pound) we left the restaurant hungry. $150.00 meal was not worth it. We will never go back! The area where the restrooms are has a moldy/musty smell. The table was sticky, and the floor was sticky. Not a good experience.
