Do NOT order online. No matter with confirmation no food. It does not say to call a phone line u can't always get thru to..and NO refunds. SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE.

My first visit to this place was on March 6th 2021. Which will also be my last . I ordered a 30 piece whole wing and a family size fry at 6:30 pm. The young lady that took my order was very professional with making sure that my order was correct. She did her job to perfection and I really appreciated her for making sure that I ordered everything correctly. She stated that it would take about 25-30 minutes before my order would be ready. I was happy to wait since it was my first time visiting this place. I'm new to the neighborhood so I wanted to try to support a local black owned business. So here comes the problem. I go back in side to get my order because the 25-30 minute wait time has passed. I get my order and head home to feed my family. I opened the tray, and noticed that the order didn't look like a 30 piece that I paid $73 dollars for. I was shorted 10 whole wings. That means that members of my family would have not had enough food to eat. So I packed everything back up and head back to get my order corrected. Keep in mind that I live in nesbit, which is roughly about a 10 to 15 minute drive to this place. I get there to let them know that I was missing 10 wings from a 30 piece order. I show the receipt to the manager, he ask when did I leave with the food. I told him I'd Been gone for about 15 to 20 minutes. He goes to say, well you ordered this at 630pm. If you do the math, if it took 25 to 30 minutes for the food to cook, then another 10 to 15 minutes for me to get home, don't you think that my food would have been cold bringing it back??? So he tries to make the order with the 10 missing wings, and I had asked him to remake my whole order since my food would be cold. He tries to start saying that he didn't mess the order up and he had been dropping chicken all night. I told him that if he wouldn't remake my order, then give me a refund after I have spent 73 dollars for the first time of me visiting this place. He said he would have to call the owner because he couldn't give me my money back. The customer service he showed me was horrible and I will never spend a red cent in that place again. I should have went to bww with my first mind. It's a shame on how you try to support your own kind and get this type of treatment. If you are reading this and you were the one cooking the chicken, if you still need a job because you are afraid of losing that one for doing what's right for the customer, my offer still stands, I have a job waiting on you.
