Gee never had to pay EXTRA for ranch, roll, or extra seasoning with my WING plate anywhere in memphis other than here wings already little as hell . Ranch and roll supposed to come with . Charging for seasoning on fries is a Mr krabs move

Let me start by saying, I have been a customer of rayfords for years, as of late the customer service has truly declined the staff does not answer the phone, the store closes early everyday. If you are going to change your hours please post it on google so I don't waste my gas, I see rayfords being another FAILING business in cordova!!! This is due to an apparent change in management. You never see the same face and you always have to check your order. It is sad to say that Rayfords has went down so low.

This is a hidden gem located on "Berryhill" in CORDOVA. The food taste sooooo good!!! I was greeted with a pleasant voice over the phone when I placed my to go order. When they said it will be ready in 20 minutes - it was ready within that time frame.I will be frequenting this establishment!!!' Buffalo Wings Wing Combo

The BEST WINGS in Memphis! Mr. Kevin (the owner) is not paying me to say this lol! My fiancé and I went on a wing tour and out of all the wing spots in Memphis, Rayford's is my favorite. The seasoned wings and seasoned fries are so unique in flavor. I really wish he would sell it because I would buy the gallon. The quality of the WHOLE WING is untouchable. It's not a little while wing either, but not too big that it seems injected with hormones. It's juicy with the right amount of crisp. The fries are so golden light with that little crunch that takes it to the next level. Literally, the best wings. I go at least once a week. Enjoy!

I've been to this location before, but was very disappointed this time. Not only did it take 13 tries before someone answered the phone,but then I was put on hold twice before I could place my order. Got honey gold drums & flats with seasoned fries and the food was not good at all. Chicken was tough and dry, seasoning was dumped in one spot in the fries and the honey gold sauce was very bland. Tried to call 6 more times to give them a chance to make it better, but got a full voicemail each time. The photo I've included will allow you to decide if you want to give them a try.

I literally asked this girl was my dressings in the bag and she said yes... NOTHING! they been suck ion know why I went back... I guess in hopes & food sucked

The chicken wings were good sometimes a bit hard. They are expensive, especially since we're getting part of the chicken wing. I received enough sauces, the service was okay, and the place looked neat and clean.

I called in to place an order, I told him what I wanted, then got put on hold for 10 minutes and then I was hung up on. I called back again tried and to place the order. He told me he did not have one of the items and then he hung up on me again. Then I had to call back three more times just to place an order minus the item they did not have. It should not be this hard to place an order for food with a restaurant.

Visited the Winchester location today 7/5/22 around 1:45pm. First off they had two children serving our food giggling and playing while touching all over a laptop .Next the rest room was out of service I had to go to hueys to clean up use the restroom. Then the ac didn't work or wasn't on.The table was dirty The chairs were still on top of the tables at 2:00 pm in the evening. They didn't have any napkins on any of the tables. All the sodas were watered down because they haven't changed them out in a long time. No unsweetened tea just powder mix tea too sweet to drink The food was over cooked 10 piece all flats and friesHow could you mess thatThey put my dry seasoning on only some of my wings But this what happens when you try to support a black business And no I would not recommend this place. The worst 17.50 I ever spent.

wings and fries were okay, but the young lady at the counter today was rude. Being a first time customer I couldn't see the menu and the woman at the counter just point at the menu saying "it's right there". They had forgot to give another customer the ranch and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back, she came back with only one and they had 3 meals, and they asked for the other two. again she rolled her eyes, handed it the the family, and proceeds to go back on her phone.
