I have used this store since moving to the area 18 months ago. I have had both of my vehicles here for oil changes and various repairs. Today I brought my cooper in for an oil change and to have plugs replaced. I was providing the plugs. The Service Manager quoted me a price of $170 and claimed 1.5 hours to perform the work. First of all you have to remove 2 torx screws remove plug wires and change plugs. Worst case 30 minutes. Secondly how does 1.5 hours come to $170. That's an hourly rate of $113/hr. Obviously best paid mechanics in MISSISSIPPI. Its unfortunate because they are convenient for repair, but not looking for steady busThe business owner requested my contact information. He has had it for 10 days at this point with no attempt to contact me. This seems to be part of some of these places attempting to look like they are customeR centric

I did email but never got a reply. Not surprised. Gave all contact information as requested. Been few month or so. Looking for a new tire company that will be upfront about costs.

Wish I could give zero stars........ The older gentleman that helped me was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with anywhere not to mention they try to get over on you. I went in around 5:30pm yesterday (6-5-19) to have a patch put in my tire because I was down to 18psi & I found a nail in my tire. I spoke with the older gentleman and made it very clear that I wanted a patch and not a plug because I have a plug kit and could have done that myself. The older gentleman said let me go see if they time to do it (they close at 6); he then came back in and looked at me and said where's the wheel lock key we are losing daylight. Well first off if you would have told me they had time I would have told you that it had a wheel lock and where the key was. Ok fast forward I was standing there watching the guy that should have been putting a patch in my tire and it looked like he was plugging it so I went and asked a different guy behind the counter if they were plugging my tire and he said NO we ONLY do patches so I was like ok I'll just keep watching. The guy never broke down my tire off the wheel and as everyone knows you have to break the tire down to put a patch on the inside. The older gentleman pulled my truck to the front and I went out and looked at tire just to be 100% sure I knew what I was talking about and sure enough there was a plug. So I walked inside and asked the older gentleman if they patched my tire or plugged it and he kind of ignored the question. I asked him again a little louder cause I don't think he could hear well. I said did they put a patch in my tire because they never broke down the tire and he said a patch on the inside (I'm sitting there thinking is there another kind but I just said yes sir the patch on the inside) he said no we didn't have time. I said so you plugged it and he said yes. I told him that is not what I asked you to do but I will pay for the plug. He slammed my key down on the counter and said just take it. I grabbed my key and told him I have no problem paying for the plug but you could have told me when you came to get my wheel lock key that you didn't have time to patch and I could have plugged it myself if that was the case. He said don't worry about it just take it (very rudley) so i asked where is my wheel lock key he said on the center console. Went to my truck no wheel lock key on the center console so I looked around with no luck so I went back in and asked again where is my wheel lock key he said on the center console I said it's not there. I went back out to my truck (with no help) to look for the lock key again after about 5 mins of searching I found it wedged up under the driver seat.Moral of this long story is they will try to get over on you if you do not watch them and they are very rude.

I used to take my car to the Toyota dealer on I-55 but since I live so close I tried taking my car here once. Tim and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. The prices for service are fair and the mechanics do a great job. I'm actually surprised that I got onto Yelp this morning and found no reviews!Anyone else out there who believes in Raleigh? I know there are a ton of people who do. I have had new tires of course, but also 2 timing belt replacements, full brake service and oil changes. I think they do pretty much anything so don't be turned away by the "tires" in the name.

I have gone to Raleigh Tire for the past 5 years for regular maintenance and services. Always feels like visiting friends. Tim is great and the rest are straight up on the facts. As a matter of fact I will be taking my Mitsubishi in tomorrow for fluid and filter changes and to look her over for possible future issues.

I got there at 7:30. My Jeep has a problem with the anti lock brake system. I dropped it off and they called me at 10:00 and it was ready to be picked up. Great service.

The coffee is good, and the waiting area is bright and comfortable. But they don't seem happy to see me. I had a flat, changed it, and came in to order it's replacement, but the vibe I got was that I was disturbing their slumber. Which is really weird: I'm a tire guy, the easiest customer they will ever have: I grew up in a town dominated by a tire plant, I'm a mechanical engineer with 15 years in design/build of OEM automotive parts, and I buy the best most expensive tires period (Michelin heavy tread E series tires.....100 PSI beasts). I don't argue price: I'm glad to pay an expert for quality and durability. But they didn't remount my spare.... I had to ask....what the he'll is that about? Then the new tire came apart in 1000 miles. I don't know how that happened, but I'm 99% sure it wasn't Michelin's fault. I may never figure it out....maybe warehousing or handling, but it wasn't a puncture or abuse because all it got from me were easy highway miles that month. It exploded.....a bunch of vibration for two weeks getting worse and then BANG....and there's no nail or rock in it of course. But there no answer or idea. So I pay to replace a new tire. I don't believe it's my fault, but I'm not arguing.....just pay it and move on.At least they put up my spare second time.

I recently went to RT for a quick tire change as I had a sidewall puncture. As usual very fast very efficient. I needed 4 tires but you only had one and I needed it. A.) I purchased it @ about $170.00 Ford Explorer normal road tire. B.) I also thought I many need something regarding struts....your man looked at it said all 4 struts needed to be replaced. Quoted me parts and labor....just shy of $1500.00 (I will add RT has never been hign pressure sales, no scare tactics, always very friendly and polite, excellent sales Technic) . Well before I dropped 1500.00 i thought i would get a 2nd opinion. Also to change out all 4 tires would have been just shy o $800.00 The struts were fine! I needed new sway bar/stabilizer. Total cost $140.00 parts and labor, front and rear - AC Delco parts. I also purchased 3 more Goodyear tires with same wear warranty and had them changed out for $320.00 . This is the 2nd car you were willing to work on for me....the first was a Honda and this was about $1700.00 for parts and labor. This was after I spent about $200.00 with RT on other fixes for the Honda. No law against making a profit but on the Explorer you were about to gig me to 10x more than necessary and on the Honda it was about 125% more than I had it repaired - not including the initial $200.00 that did not fix the problem. Just saying a Holy Cow I could be out $1500 and no doubt when you replaced my struts you would have replaced sway bars and it would have been fixed but why spend $1350.00 when it not necessary. Great guys very convenient location but I very disappointed to know that you were willing to hose me.
