Over two nights I've tried the following:Red Beans and Rice: really good. The sausage has fantastic flavor. However, DON'T ORDER THE ENTREE!. You get less than if you order two sides but pay $5 more.Seafood Gumbo: Not bad. Shrimp was fishy, small and a little tough. Overall I feel it was average.Crawfish Etouffee: Very small amount of crawfish, but pretty good flavor.Blackened Chicken Alfredo: Really good, lots of flavor and healthy portion. Very balanced amount of spice.Cochon de Lait po boy: Pork was very flavorful and smoky. Coleslaw was tasty as well. It's a pretty decent sandwich. The service has been great and the staff is extremely friendly. Food comes quickly, even when they're busy.

Gumbo is awesome. Catfish and shrimp po'boys are very good with the Nola bread.Service was prompt and servers suggestions were helpful. When I saw the Crystal hot sauce I was reminded of New Orleans restaurants where it's prevalent. We will be back soon, wish the restaurant was closer to East Memphis.

On an early Sunday evening, my family and I decided to try this restaurant for our very first time.We began with an appetizer of the shrimp remoulade, which we quickly ate. It was tasty, and definitely appetizer-sized. For my entree, I had the crawfish étouffée. It was well-balanced and delicious. I like that it wasn't overly spicy. The portion size was a bit smaller than I wanted, though. My wife quite enjoyed her bowl of Louisiana seafood gumbo.I was especially glad that the bar was capable of making decent-tasting mocktails from the specialty drink menu. (Sadly, all of their cocktails are served within smallish plastic cups.)Still remaining hungry, we decided to split a fried shrimp po boy sandwich for dessert. It came with cajun fries that were overly-salty. Happily, the breaded shrimp were tiny and popping with delicious flavor. Our sever was sweet, personable, and patiently answered all of our questions. Our food and drink orders all were promptly delivered to our comfortable booth. Getting refills of iced tea was automatic. The vibe here was very relaxed, and we enjoyed the slow pace of our leisurely supper. We liked the Cajun song that were sometimes played over the p.a. system.Overall, we quite enjoyed our experience, and plan on returning for more Cajun cuisine. Next time, we surely would like to try the New Orleans style bread pudding!

Went to dinner with friends Saturday. Great time of catching up. We started dinner with some eggplant fries. They were hot and pretty tasty. The sauce was quite delicious. It was a tad greasy but we still ate them. Dinner was a fried catfish po boy. I only ate half since I ate a lot of the eggplant fries. The restaurant was very busy but we got seated quickly. Our waitress Sydney was nice and checked on us from time to time. She sorta rushed one of my friends but it was all good. The decor has a New Orleans theme with some seafood decorations. There were a few tv s for people that enjoy sports. The prices are moderate and affordable. I may come again to try some other dishes like the seafood gumbo and shrimp and grits. We had a fun time.

Presentation was on point. Who dat catfish and crawfish pasta were good. The fresh red bell pepper sprinkles made it all look so good but the crunch of them steered me away from innocently enjoying my plate. Sweet tea tasted southern to me. Service was wonderful. The coating on the table made it sticky. We did find out the owner was from the westbank and that's cool. One of the best Cajun restaurants by Memphis.

The food wasn't spectacular but wasn't terrible. Service was quick and friendly. Cajun influence decor that could've been cleaner. Okay dinner but don't go out of your way.
