Rachel had great customer service and is very knowledgeable on the flowers and what would look amazing. I love the floral agreement funeral spray she put together for my grandmother's service.

Rachel's is the florist to go to when ordering for yourself or someone special. The designs are creative and made with love per your specifications. I have ordered European gardens as well as centerpieces and fresh flower arrangements from there. They were all beyond my expectations and made the recipients very happy. I waited until the very last minute to purchase a corsage for my son's Homecoming date. I called around to every flower shop in town, but they were all closed or closing. Someone suggested that I call Rachel as she may be available. Not only did she answer her phone after hours, but she agreed to make the corsage, allowed me to pay over the phone, and met me back at the shop after she had closed. It was also beautiful and exactly what we requested. Amazing customer care!!!

I called the day before to order an arrangement for a small family memorial service. The sales person was patient and talked with me at length about the possibilities. I decided on a European Garden arrangement. I picked it up the next day and it was lovely, and shockingly reasonable! There were at least seven plants in the arrangement. I've driven past Rachel's many times and admired the outside garden statues along the side of the building, but I have never been inside. A friend of mine often talks about how Rachel's is active in helping the kids in the neighborhood with after school homework, etc. (Rachel's Kids), so I thought I would direct some of my money to a local business that is giving back to our Memphis community. So glad I did. I will be ordering all of my flowers from Rachel's from now on.

I can't say enough about the awesome experience with Rachel's for my dad's memorial service. We went in and wanted something very non-traditional with bright colors and did she ever deliver. They were gorgeous and my dad would've loved them! You will be more than pleased if you trust Rachel with your business. Very professional and first class. So, so glad we went with her and her shop. You will not be sorry you chose Rachel's!

Rachel's made my order simple by doing it over the phone. I had previously spent almost an hour on a website of a national brand, and it kept failing. Finally I looked up local reviews and found Rachel's. They asked for my budget, the occasion, and the timing, and they took care of the rest. It takes a bit of trust to not see the product, but I'm glad I put my faith in them because the result was more than I'd hoped for. The flower arrangement was bigger, better, cheaper, and easier than a bigger brand. Thank you, Rachel's! I will definitely call you again!

Outstanding service for this first-time customer. Rachel's took an order over the phone for my daughters birthday bouquet. I shared basic colors and Rachel's took care of the rest. Lovely bouquet. Rachel did the flowers for my recent wedding AND THEY WERE AMAZING!!! PLEASE realize that Rachel's does just as beautiful work as all the overpriced florist in Memphis. Rachel is also very involved in working with inner city children in the community (Rachel's Kids) so we really need to support someone like this fabulous lady!!
