Main cash register was broken so you had to go over to the bar to pay which created a bit of a backlog, although by the time you got done dealing with the paying backup the pizzas were just about ready, so...... winning??Music is turned up in the joint (80s music - Whitesnake, B-52s, Huey Lewis and the News - so definitely winning fr fr no cap) so it made it a little hard to hear what the staff was saying as they asked questions. Speaking of the staff, recent visits were rather disappointing in the staff department, as others have mentioned it was as if they would rather you weren't there. This visit was a complete 180 on that front. Staff was pleasant and attentive, every employee I saw there who wasn't actively dealing with a customer was working to clean their station, or clean the counter, or sweeping up etc etc etc. Food was good as well, 3 pizzas and a big salad. All in all this visit gets a 5 spot because they have done a good job righting the ship and getting back on track. Kudos to the management team and kudos to the employees who were working the evening of Sunday Sept 10 2023!!

Sometimes ya just want pizza and a glass of wine. But you don't want to go to some fancy, expensive Italian restaurant and you don't want to drive into Memphis. So what's a girl to do? That's where Pyro's comes into play. They fill that niche. It was Friday night. I wanted pizza and a glass (okay, two glasses) of wine. So, my experience with the staff at Pyro's has been pretty unimpressed. They are often surly. On this night, two of three that I dealt with were perfectly pleasant. The one taking my order and the one taking my money - very friendly. Then you have to go to a separate area to get your wine. I had to wait a good while as the employee chatted on her phone. Kind of annoying. When she finally helped me, I can't say she was friendly. Nor was she particularly rude (aside from the phone call). And I'll say this for her - she filled my wine to the tippy top. The Pinot noir was delightful. The place was packed on a Friday night. Now, a few members of my family do not do well with loud, noisy restaurants. (Spoiler alert: I'm one of those.) The noise level was on the border of too much. There were families there who appeared to be camped out for the evening - taking up multiple tables, staying loooooong after finishing their meals, and the restaurant was very loud. That definitely took away from my attempts for a quiet, relaxing evening. But the pizza was good. Wine was good. I left satiated.

It was our first time to try Pyro's and I was concerned after reading reviews, however we had a Fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful, answered our questions, and worked fast (there was quite a line on a Friday night)! Our pizzas and salads were Delicious! Fresh ingredients, crispy crust, unique dressings, and friendly workers! Glad we have leftovers...looking forward to having Pyro's for lunch tomorrow!

Food was only decent. Pizza dough looked like it had been there all day, and probably had considering there was no one eating. Pulled pork was dry, place was a mess. Dirty floors, dirty table, and smelled very weird. Pretty good indicator that something is off. Service was just ok

Food is always great just don't get there late, as they're not making any sweet tea if it's an hour before closing, also you basically have to rack you're brain trying to remember you're favorite toppings as they are all over to the side and not sitting where you can see them. Also please subtract 15 from any posted closing time, as I witnessed the door being locked early. It amazes me how someone somewhere probably has their life savings tied up in this business only to have employees close 15 minutes early every day which basically amounts to about 3 hours per week in lost sales, wow.

I usually love Pyro's pizza, but the best thing after having a delicious pizza is a delicious dessert and they never ever have the cookie dough which is the prime staple dessert menu option that they offer. I love the salty yet sweet and creamy flavor that the cookie dough offers, but I am always disappointed to find out. They never have it when I want to have it delivered to my house and when I come in store and if I order online, I always have to request a refund because this item is never available, but when I go to other stores and locations, they always manage to make enough or to make sure that it's in stock. I would appreciate it for once there could be some cookie dough in stock.

we brought in a group of 9 people. though a large group it should not have been an issue from the start. I ordered a small salad and they gave us a large instead because they didn't have a small bowl. when I told the cashier this she looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to charge me for a large salad. Luckily this issue was resolved, but the attitude we received from the workers was by far the worst I've had at any restaurant. We live 6 hours away and just wanted to enjoy a nice pizza with our mom before heading home.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS DUMP!It has been a few months since I ate here, few months ago very good. Today straight GARBAGE!!! Last time I check a pizza is supposed to be round not every shape BUT round. They were out of over 50% of the vegetables and service with an attitude!!!Behind the counter, vegetables & meat all over the counters and floors. There was more vegetables and meat on floor than my pizza. No silverware, garbage on the floor in dining areaAGAIN DO NOT EAT HERE!
