Hello Yelpers another Pizza report. We ordered from Pyros Fire Fresh Pizza and it was okay, Pam has Celiac and was excited about the Gluten Free crust. The toppings were great fresh mushroom and Mozzarella. The down side was that it was not cooked near enough which made it a bit soggy. I had a small with double Pepperoni and Mushroom. The Toppings were well placed and the pizza was well dressed. Again mine was also soggy even though I could tell it was a good dough.I did a pick up and found the store to be clean and neat and the staff I came in contact with were smiling and helpful.My pizza was ready when I got there and was still nice and hot when I arrived home. I plan to give them another try and ask for our pizzas to be well done.

Stopped here as a quick dinner near I-40 as a needed change from fast food while passing through.Pros: Pricing is reasonable and comparable to similar "build your own" pizza spots we've visited. We paid about $14 per 12 inch pizza. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and courteous and pizza came out quickly. Dining area is clean and spacious.Cons: none.Definitely on the list should we return this way again.

The create your own pizza was spot on good. The wife said it was the best pizza she ever bought in Jackson. The Southwest Frittata looked nothing like the pic on the menu. It was overcooked and relatively bland. It was supposed to be Southwest inspired. I doubt it was even seasoned at all. The portion did not match the price. You can do better. I probably will try Pyro's again. I'll not order anything but the pizza.

This places is a pizza place in a shopping center, but that's where the normal ends. I arrived about an hour before closing which usually draws a death stare from restaurant staff but these folks were super friendly and made great conversations. They offer several pizzas, I got the bbq and the angry Hawaiian both of which were incredible. You can also completely make your own custom pizza selecting everything from meat to sauce and topping. I highly recommend this place. The people were as friendly as the food was good!

Good experience here. Went in on a Friday evening. The wait was not long. The young man at the beginning of the food prep line was VERY personable. Food was made properly. It didn't take long to receive. We were very pleased with this experience.

First off, Jason and Lauren are fantastic!My wife basically ordered a "salad" on pizza dough which I was surprised actually held up.My order was more traditional.The toppings were fresh and tasty, as was the cheese.My only suggestion would be to give the marinara a tad more flavor but overall, I am extremely satisfied.Again, the service was a home-run and time to table was quick.Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Ordinarily a great eating experience, but last night was bad enough to warrant not returning for at least a few months and an explanation of why. A friend and I entered shortly after 7PM on 12/23/23. I decided what I wanted then stood in line while she was making her decision. Two guys, one in a uniform shirt and one in a hoody, and one girl in a Spider-Man hoody, slow walked back and forth seemingly trying to decide whether or not to take my order. The guys. The girl I think was prepping another customer's call in order. None of them spoke though. This lasted for at least two full minutes. Not a hello. Not a welcome to Pyros. Not a wait just a moment. One hundred and twenty seconds or more of silence before what can I get you. Then more slow shuffling to get things going after the question like when someone's mad but trying to work through it. Presented with options I was told the few pepperoni they had were all that was left and the same with the sausage. I picked other ingredients. Pizza was put together adequately enough, and they made my friend's pizza with the same energy. No small talk. No friendliness. Just a look like we were burdens for being there. We decided to dine at one of the tables by the line. A large family comes in and suddenly there's a low energy welcome to Pyros as soon as they get in line by the two guys who looked like they were dragging feet to avoid serving us. Suddenly, there were more ingredients in the back brought out. Now there's care. Now there's some type of movement besides the greeting.All told I'm not looking to go back any time soon after that experience. Maybe it was low energy at night, but either way for that price point and to not have been rude to get treated like that is a negative. I'll give it a 2 for the food but customer service was trash.

Food is very good. Service is likewise, very good. Ambiance is a little lacking, but that is just a personal preference. I will continue to buy from Pyro's, and will recommend it to anyone.

Probably would not be my first choice for date night but for a quick lunch, facilities were fine. Clean bathrooms which I always find very important. The staff was great. Courteous, quick and helpful. Pizza made to order. Great crust. Ample toppings. All around a really good pizza.
