No customer service, no restroom, and greetings. I have never been looked at like this at any liquor store in Memphis. I didn't get as far as looking at prices or making a purchase. It was an odd interaction.

If you want overpriced allocated whiskeys, this is your store. They up the price and then bundle it with some ***p you don't want. I live w/in a mile of this store, but on principle, drive to Kimbrough or Gaslight, where they treat you right and don't upsell.

The staff here are always super friendly and they give out samples. The place is definitely well run and they have quality products. This is the only liquor store I use! It is close to my house and easy for me. I do think that some of the prices could be a bit lower but other than that it's great!

This is my local liquor store and by far my favorite. The employees that work there are so friendly and helpful. Oftentimes they have wine samples, which I love. I always know when I walk in that I am going to get a big welcoming "hello". Proud to be a regular!

Great staff that offers great and knowledgeable service. Their selection is great...not as big as Buster's but their prices are pretty close and since they're so close to Mud Island the convenience makes up for the price difference. On Friday evenings, they usually have a wine tasting featuring some of their newer wine stocks. The staff is more than happy to offer seconds, thirds, ....well you get the point. Price, convenience and a great selection of wines and "high-gravity" beers make it my place of choice.

I love this store! The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are AWESOME at recommending wines and suggesting varieties that you might enjoy based on your taste preferences, including ones you might not normally go for. I've never had a bad recommendation from them in all the years I've been coming here, I trust them completely! They have frequent specials and 10% off wines on Wednesday's as well!

I live in northeast Arkansas and we don't have many liquor stores. I love going to Pyramid because they are so knowledgeable and every recommendation on wines has always been excellent. Have gone to wine tasting they coordinate with restaurants in Memphis and those are great. Knowing how to pair wines and food is an art. Great staff too

I have been to many liquor stores in the Memphis area. This one keeps me coming back. The entire staff will go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. Their prices are great. 10% off wine on wednesdays, and a staff that you'll get to know help make this place special. Love Pyramid Wine and Spirits.
