The owner is horrible. They delivered flowers on the wrong week and demanded to get them back to deliver to another person instead. Horrible during any time but to try to recycle flowers during Covid. Would you be upset to pay for flowers and find out they were recycled from another person?!

My husband and I got married in Kauaii 26 years ago! So for 26 years he's been sending me Hawaiian flowers. He has tried several florists. Some were bad and some were nice. BUT, Premier Flowers got it Perfect!! The arrange-ment is drop dead gorgeous!! THANK YOU!!

I pre-ordered flowers for next week for a birthday and they were inadvertently delivered today. They called me immediately and apologized profusely but it was an honest mistake and the flowers were stunning so my mother was pleasantly surprised by the early birthday flowers. So happy to support a local business from across the state.

Premier flowers mistakenly delivered flowers to me a week earlier than my friend had scheduled. The day after they were delivered, Premier Flowers very rudely demanded I return the flowers even though it was their mistake they delivered them early. They should have addressed any delivery issues with the florist that contracted with them rather than demanding I return the flowers.

Owner sent flowers on wrong day to a family that lost a loved one. She demanded the flowers back, and then threatened everyone with legal action for her mistake. She is also threatening reviewers with legal action as well. Many of us are lawyers. Absolutely disgusting on the owners part.

Theses people were so rude to my wife during a time of mourning . Because she ordered thru 1800 flowers they didn't want to honor the size arrangement she ordered They are the ones that made their prices with 1800 flowers not me. Unbelievable people can act like this and stay in business. Turned around and called Rachel's and they handled it grace and made the deliver with less than 3 hours notice. Premier might want to take a page from Rachel's book.

A lovely friend decided to send flowers to a friend and her family who would be facing the first holiday without the children's father. This florist messed up the order and sent it a week early. 1800 flowers contracted with Premier Flowers for the delivery and stated that the family could keep them. The owner of Premier Flowers reached out to the grieving family demanding the flowers back. She threatened the recipient, an attorney, with calling the police on her if she didn't return the flowers. The owner wanted to deliver them elsewhere or recycle flowers. When she received negative reviews, she threatened more members of the legal community with cease and desists for posting accurate reviews. Do you want to purchase flowers from someone so rude and callous? Her mistake but she is threatening customers. Her responses to negative reviews says so much about her. She turned off her Facebook reviews to hide the bad ones.

Timely deliveries. I have received several arrangements since my anniversary in October each one has been unique in it's own way. My flowers are beautiful healthy as if just cut and last for weeks.
