Popeye's of Memphis

The food at Popeyes is good. The in stock and customer service is terrible. I went to the store because they usually get my Uber order wrong (incomplete). Of course they were out of all except breasts. The staff member seemed put out with me asking when it might be ready. There is real leadership issues at this store or perhaps the company. Nobody seems to care at all. There is no wonder why everyone goes to. Chick-fil-A. Try caring.

I am on the lot of Popeyes on Poplar Avenue... I ordered a large cup of Cajun Rice, add Gravy.. An item I've ordered for years....I was charged $4.99 for the Rice (+) $2.39 for the Gravy!!! This has NEVER happened...I wasn't given a receipt. See the photo of what I received.... I'm done... Is this how you treat a loyal Customer? I'm offended.. Today, on Father's Day, I wish you well...I won't be returning.....

1. Good luck on them having what you want to order.2. Good luck on them getting your order right.3. Give up on customer service.I believe that everybody has an off day. I usual go to a restaurant 5 times before I give up. Been to this Popeye 6 times and only once did they have what I wanted, put it in the bag, and were polite about it. I dont need anybody to be super nice, but I do expect people to be polite. Rude is the norm here.

Really don't understand why people treat customers bad I know when they go places they would like to be treated with kindness and respect what's the issue here I bought a coupon book from my nephews football team it has a digital coupon for Popeyes buy a three piece and get a two piece free for what ever Reason no one can help with the coupon and gets up set that you have it like it's a coupon also not your restaurant employees have attitudes and have us old chicken and biscuits this place is on popular but the employees are from the hood and have bad attitudes will not be going back here

Worst service EVER! Ridiculous how bad this place is --- food is good but awful costumer service!

Wow. It's 11:30 on a Wednesday morning so you'd think everything would be tight for lunch at Popeyes. Nope. One cashier obviously on her first day. I order a 2 piece spicy combo with red beans and rice. No legs ready. No red beans and rice. I'll take mac and cheese. No mac and cheese. Diet Coke does not work in dining room soI ask for Diet Coke from the back. They bring me a Dr Pepper. When I point out mistakes they go to get me aDiet Coke. All out in back. My loyalty to this brand is just bout over.

This place is awful... no service ever. Doors locked on a Sunday afternoon @5. Ridiculous. Shitty horrible management clearly. I'm from Nola and would love my Sunday Nola Popeye's fix. Not happening. Shame on y'all

I went into the store on poplar in memphis tn and asked for dark mild in my big box. Now if that could not happen that's what should have been said to me, instead I was given mild white. Upon asking the lady that rang me up why I received white she stated that's how it comes. So by me being an investigator I called a few stores + that store on a different shift and was told the same thing, which was The big box comes with either you choose and there is even a leg+thigh on the picture. Now if I were told so in the beginning that would have given me the option, but that was taken away. That is one of the most clean and well kept stores in memphis, but the customer service that day in the evening was horrible. My team eats there often. I just needed a little common courtesy that day instead of paying for something I didn't want. It occurred 4-26-2023 in the evening. Thank you. Poplar in Memphis, tn

Dine in was open!! Bless the employees of this location! Food was ready super fast and everything by was correct and delicious! Employees were friendly and positive attitudes on a cold rainy night.
