Pinnacle medical solutions keeps me in check with my orders and helps any way they can when I have questions. I love that they call me when it's time to order supplies and helps me when I am working on upgrading my daughter's equipment. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I put in an order for my Dexcom sensors weeks before it's due. Says my order was successful. I still have to go without my sensors because they can't get it together. These are people's lives you're messing with. I am currently trying to find another provider that will get me my supplies in a timely manner. Pinnacle Medical Solutions has lost a customer. You are a sorry excuse fore a medical supply company. You don't give a sh*t about your customers. I can't wait until I never have to speak to one of these people again. They shouldn't even be in business!

My provider sent a CGM order into this company. I spoke to them on 12/6 and verified they had the order and what they needed to proceed. I was advised they were sending it for pre-auth from my insurance company. I called again on 12/14 to check the status and was told they needed the order. I advised I confirmed they had what they needed on 12/6 and they were supposed to proceed getting pre-auth at that time. I was told that they would now send it for pre-auth. I req'd to speak to a supervisor as this is not acceptable. They had over a week to have this done. She apologized and advised they would ship them out expedited delivery due to the confusion. I received a text on 12/27 requesting I call them. I called on 12/28 and spoke to someone 3 times. I was advised the pre-auth was obtained and the order would be shipped. I reminded them about the expedited shipping the supervisor promised. They checked their records and confirmed it was there for overnight shipping. Having still not received order on 1/4/24, I again called. I was again told they were waiting for pre-auth. I advised them that I was told on 12/28, pre-auth was approved and they were shipping the order. I had already paid my portion and the payment had cleared my bank. I had to speak to another department, go over the same story again, only to be told it had not yet shipped. When we started this process, I had told them that if this order was not processed before 12/31, I would not be purchasing the CGM's due to deductible and OOP restarting. I again spoke to a supervisor who again apologized and had no idea why the order had not continued to process. She is sending it out now with expedited shipment and I should receive them 1/6/24. I again advised that if this has not billed through the insurance company before 1/1/24, I would not purchase them and if there was an error made on their end, I will not pay any additional amount over what I have already paid for this first shipment. She advised they can "back bill" the order and if I have problems, call her back. She provided her name. I once again advised that I will not fight with them or the insurance company over a bill if that occurs as I have made it perfectly clear since 12/6/23 that I did not authorize purchase if not completed before 12/31/23. She assures me it was there companies fault and if fighting was necessary, she would do that for me. We will see.

They don't send your medical supplies in a timely fashion and if you call for your orders status each time you will get a different response. They should take into consideration that the supplies they provide are necessary for us to live each day and type 1 diabetic's like myself can't afford to continually have gaps in their insulin delivery . We rely heavily on the pump supplies so we can care for ourselves.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 22 years of being a diabetic. They lie to you, tell you someone will be in contact and never are, they tell you issues have been resolved and they are not and when you try to call to figure out what is going on, they hang up on you. Run as far away as possible from this company if you do not want your life to become miserable. I am still attempting to resolve an issue I have been having for months which was caused by this company. Absolutely horrible. This company should feel ashamed for how they treat their customers who are already having a hard enough time trying to survive.

No longer a good supplier since they sold out to the highest bidder. Since they sold they had wrong information and even was at the doctors office called them to update information and fax over the proper forms and still state they don't have the proper forms to process my order. I am now over a month over due for my life required medical supplies.

I think it's fair to request consideration especially during this time of national crisis. The pandemic has caused many business to fail and this is so unfortunate. However, when you ask well in advance for an early supply of products in order to have enough supplies on hand to complete your vacation is easy, right?For three weeks, I have attempted to manage my medical supplies well in advance of a month long trip out of country. The folks at Pinnacle made me feel it is not their priority or concern that I asked for their assistance by stating a non existent policy of the insurance company. After further investigation I was told by my insurance company that my request was reasonable and allowed.Pinnacle asked me to pay $200 out of pocket to pay for additional supplies up until the point that I brought to their attention about the favorability of my request by my insurance. At this point, they finally approved my early request. The only problem is, they cannot guarantee it will arrive in time before the 7 members of my family and myself's departure date. Then they offered me one day shipping for $65. If I was given some meager consideration three weeks ago I would not be forced to spend $65 of my fixed income money unnecessarily due to their lack of concern.Not fair!I do not understand why people create these unnecessary hoops to jump when you sincerely request their assistance. The flip side, if someone goes above and beyond the normal call of duty to write something favorable. In my mind Pinnacle missed a golden opportunity to have very favorable response indicating terrific customer service.I'm sorry Pinnacle you're moving in the wrong direction on this one!
