Update!!! David from Piano contacted me IMMEDIATELY after review and boy did he make it right!!! That is way more like it. David, I thank you immensely. My aunt is thrilled with her birthday flowers! I prefer to buy from locally owned businesses - you have a client for life. Thank you David and Piano's Flowers Here's what $131 will buy you:I asked for daisies. Agreed to a $100 bundle of florist choice. This is pathetic. Save your money and go to a different shop. I'm embarrassed this is what my aunt received.

I GIVE THEM ALL THE STARS IN THE SKY! I simply can not give enough praise to Mr. David Strong! He is wonderful and has the patience of a saint! I have worked with him for three years straight doing floral tributes to Elvis. Each year for his birthday in January and again in August for Elvis Week, which is an absolutely insanely busy week for him, to celebrate and honor Elvis. Each and every time David has taken as much time as needed to talk to me on the phone and correspond through email to ensure that every floral tribute is perfect, and it is, every time! Thank you, thank you very much David, and please thank your entire staff too, who also have been so wonderful, kind, and helpful."Elvis, remembering you is easy, forgetting you will never happen!" I was in awe at the funeral spray that was sent to my best friend grandmother's funeral. The spray was exactly as pictured. Vibrant and beautiful. They answered my questions and were very helpful in picking out an arrangement. Definitely will be using them again.

I live in Texas and recently order flowers for a dear friends funeral. They had the exact flowers that I requested. When I arrived to the funeral in Memphis, the family had decided to use Piano's flowers at the front of the service. Stunning bouquet. Thank you for your great service. This is the second time I have used this company and highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother that were delivered a day late. No one contacted me to tell me that the flowers were not delivered on time. Pros:-My grandmother said the flowers were beautiful.-When she told me that the flowers had not been delivered on her birthday and I emailed Piano's, they delivered them the next morning.-They did add a few extra flowers to the arrangement at my request.Cons:-The flowers did not arrive on her birthday.-No one apologized for the mistake. They said they tried to call the recipient when they couldn't get into the neighborhood gate, but she said she didn't have any missed calls. The gate has a "help" button that lets you talk to a live operator. As the purchaser, I also left my phone# with them with instructions that they should call me if there were any issues. No one called me. As a former manager of a small business, you ALWAYS apologize, even if you think you're not at fault. If you can't stomach owning the mistake, a simple "I'm so sorry this happened to you" will suffice. Bottom line...late flowers, no apology. Very disappointed.

They claim to have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and "Will work to make things right" yet absolutely nothing was done to try and save my moms special day. Cancelled my order without hesitation and never even spent one second trying to offer a resolution, even after I expressed I did not have enough time to try and make any other arrangements. I booked my order well in advance, but they told me they took on too many orders and could not guarantee delivery during my moms working hours, which was an entire 7hr window. I never in a million years would have guessed that delivering flowers to someone's work would have been so difficult. I paid quite a hefty delivery fee that should have been more than enough to guarantee delivery within a 7hr window. Their preferred delivery time was never specified when I placed the order almost a week prior. Had I known it was so inflexible I would have gone with a different flower shop and my mom may have actually gotten flowers this year..I explained to them that there was no possible way for me to make any other arrangements in time for Mother's Day and that I really didn't want to cancel because she just wouldn't end up getting any flowers at all. All I got was "I don't know what to do" from the woman on the phone. No apology, no kind word, no compassion. There was a long pause that I hoped was them thinking of a possible resolution to try and make this right. Just straight silence. Finally I said:"Well I guess my only option is to cancel it""Ok! Let's try that!" She seemed almost excited that the awkward silence had been broken and she would finally be able to get me off the phone. I had to hang up before I started bawling on the other line. I was just in tears over my precious moment with my mom being ruined beyond repair and the complete lack of care from the company who ruined it for us.Mother's Day is once a year and we are never guaranteed another year in life. Praying I will have the chance to try again next year but how can you ruin someone's special bonding moment and offer absolutely no resolution or at the very least, a genuine apology?I finally received some semblance of an apology on my Google review but it was hidden in a laundry list of excuses. They told me "you have been refunded" like refunds are instant and I should have had plenty of time to order something else. No bank or merchant offers instant refunds. They know good and well I will not receive it until well after Mother's Day is over. They also know that they put everyone's precious life moments at risk by choosing to over book so they could get more money but they don't care. These holidays need to be treated with care, not just take as many orders as you can get and hope they work out. They repeatedly kept throwing in my face how they have over 100 other orders. The last thing I want to hear is that my service could not be fulfilled and precious Mother's Day moment ruined because you have 100 more pressing orders to get out, that YOU made the conscious choice to over book. Let me remind you, I placed my order well in advance!!! This business needs to brush up on their customer service skills or shut down entirely. They have no right handling peoples precious life moments with the way they are running now. This is a line of business that requires at least some level of compassion for others which they clearly do not have. Stick with trusted, larger chains like Pughs. A larger chain most likely upholds a higher standard when it comes to customer service skills.

I ordered red roses and calla lilies for my Mother's 86th birthday and they were perfect. Always courteous and professional. I live in Georgia so it is so fabulous to find a Memphis, Tennessee florist that I can depend on to deliver arrangements that are exactly what I want. Sherry is always so polite. My go to florist when I want excellent arrangements. Highly recommend this company.
