Exceptional craft brewers utilizing locally grown ingredients. They always have their four standards on tap but usually have unique specialty saisons, sours or stouts differing each week. They have a limited menu because I suspect they wanted it to be unique as well. The half pound brisket burger is delicious. You cannot go wrong. But don't e afraid of grilled cheese and bacon! And again each week they offer a special. Last week it was Jamaican jerk pulled pork with greens.

From the road, you could drive past this brewery and have no idea. Lucky for us, at least one person is paying attention to the scenery and realized that there might be one of those hip breweries within a stone's throw of my family. What a great escape! The decor of this place has a flea-market vibe, which may be something desired in the South. Personally, I have no interest for it. I need to understand the theme of your space. I left scratching my head as to what the decor was trying to accomplish. The beef itself was surprisingly... good! Reasonably priced for the big- and small-batches of beers. They even are in the canning process, of which we decided to by a 12 pack of The Randall. Even the beer snobs that live up North by us said that they were surprised by the taste and quality.

For craft beer in this area of the state, you can do not better in Perrylodgic. I enjoy most all of their wide variety of selections. They have some standards, as well as some seasonal/once-in-awhile brews. The staff are extremely friendly people and if you talk to Jonathan and Randall, you can quickly tell that they love what they're doing, and that goes a long way. While I don't live in Paris, I have family there, and I will be happy to stop in whenever I can in the future.

Delicious beer and now they have added delicious food too! I usually always go for their IPA but every now and then one of their specials steers me away. Some favorites they have had are the Lemon Ice Box Pie, Summer Wheat, and Winter Warmer. Their food choices change weekly and it's nice to have something different from all the other places around town. Give this place a try if you're in the area!

Open Thursday, Friday & Saturday. I didn't get to stop at the brewery because I was there on Monday but did try the beer... hence the 5 stars, hope to make it there on a day they are open on my next trip.

I recently took a trip back to TN (I grew up there) and my BIL has been going off about Perrylodgic. I last visited 5 years ago, and at that time, several small breweries had cropped up slinging their own craft beers. Hey, it beats Bud/Miller/Coors but they had a LONG way to go. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting much.So me, the BIL, and my cousin visiting from NJ made the ride up to Paris. I gotta say...the mid south's brewing has come a long way! We sampled everything they had there, and the beers weren't bad at all. The Randall was my favorite, but the Okto needs some fine tuning. They didn't have a dedicated IPA, but the pale ale was a good substitute. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the whole place could have easily been at home in Portland or Denver. They even had a stand at the brewfest that weekend in Jackson. One of the owners recognized us an hooked us up with even more swag. Cool group of guys who own this place.I had to deduct a star for the food on deck. Now, they have a rotating group of food trucks and the one that nite kind of left me flat. I went for the bratwurst which was really just a brat spiced beef hot dog. No kraut, either! BIL says they had a rockin BBQ place which was the best pulled pork sandwich he'd ever had. I know its just the truck du jour and not their own...but its all part of the experience.

We went to this brewery while we had some family in town visiting. We had a group of about 9 adults and 6 kids. We got a nice big table where we sampled the various beers on tap. Parahop 101 and Uptown Brown were favorites of our group. Our kids brought a movie, sat at one of the couches and entertained themselves. The brewery, like many wineries these days, is very accommodating to families. A local food truck was on site selling various items including brick oven pizza.Overall, a great local brewery to visit if you're vacationing at KY Lake or if you're looking for a relaxing Saturday with friends.

Love The Randall! Randall is my cousin, but I'd love this place anyway! Great atmosphere and wonderful owners. I've tried all of their drinks and they are all great.
