Peppertown Restaurant

It was easy to get to, neat little place and definitely a spot where locals go. The food was quick and good. I had a good ole burger and husband had a ribeye steak sandwich, which he said was delicious. I had fried onion rings which were crispy and good. If you are hankering for that type food give it a try!

Small town place is great for breakfast and lunch. Within a half hour of Tiffin service center in Red Bay, AL

If we lived nearby, we'd be at Peppertown Restaurant all the time! Breakfast was super tasty, and the "build your plate" option is awesome. Everything's priced just right, so you can get exactly what you want. Loved it!

So cute. Little bitty but full of good people and good! My parents enjoyed this so much. Go for the experience. Stay for the food!

I'm definitely one for homemade cookin' vs chain restaurants! This place was that 100%! It was like Dad's burgers fresh off the grill. Southern hospitality to a T! Our waitresses were so sweet and friendly!I forgot to get a picture before we ate. It was really good though. I'm giving four stars only because the restrooms were rough. They needed a deep cleaning for sure!! Other than that, it was good!

Best ever lunch stop! Right off of I-22 exit 101. Super friendly staff and possibly the best burger I have ever had! Don't hesitate!

We ate there for lunch while we were in Red Bay Alabama getting our Motorhome serviced. My husband had the sausage/egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns. I had one of the two daily specials, fried fish, French fries, coleslaw and hush puppies. Everything was absolutely delicious and came out promptly and hot. We have been traveling in our Motorhome since May and this was the best fish I have eaten since we have been on the road. Our waitress was very attentive and so was the owner. The owner even came out after we were through eating and asked if we enjoyed everything. We enjoyed the cozy building it is in, the atmosphere and how clean everything was. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return when we are back in Red Bay or close by.

Wonderful experience with the owner and staff. Very friendly. Food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was well appointed with memorabilia of different places throughout the states. Extremely clean restrooms, tables, chairs and kitchen area. We will be back the next time we travel through! Thank you John (owner) for the great background on the local area and the restaurant.

The best breakfast around, the chocolate gravy They are so sweet and don't rush you to finish your food. They refill drinks without being asked! GREAT GREAT LITTLE hole in the wall

Will never eat here again they wait on the people they know before they do new customers an don't bring out food in correct order s it wad placed an rude when u ask questions they never once came back to the table to check on us but to all the poeple they know they kept going back an checking on them just so unprofessional
