This place is pretty good. I've been here a few times. I'm just not a big pudding person but sometimes I grab stuff when I get a pizza from Marco's next door. The Cinnamon Peach Praline is ok but I couldn't really taste it much which surprised me because I love pralines and they usually have a really strong flavor. The Churro stix with Dulce de leche was pretty good but I loved the banana pudding. It's maybe even better than the Commisarys. Customers don't like to be ignored. Bad service trumps quality. We entered. There is a loud buzzer/bell signifying such. Waited several minutes while hearing no activity in the back, no acknowledgement of life whatsoever. Two other customers waiting but not in line so I figured the employees must be filling their order. Maybe they were. A young man eventually came to the counter, acknowledged us and took our order. He brought an order for one of the waiting customers, then returned to the back. I went to the BR and another employee arrived. Did that help? Not so much. They spent an inordinate amount of time 'catching up' while no progress was being made (I could see the counter clerk some of the time - ALL attention being paid to the just-arrived employee. At some point she left the conversation and he got around to packaging ours and the other customers stuff. Don't let me give you the impression that this was instantaneous.I bought the flight of Cobblers, have only finished the Peach thus far but it was good.Note to management. Surely your staff can talk WHILE packaging? Have been trained to check the front when someone arrives (another couple came, and left during the time he was in the back)? Know that caring for customers can cost you business?

It was freezing outside. And the thought of having some warm cobbler was inviting. The sole worker there was very nice and quick. Kudos on your staff. I think I could buy a whole cobbler at Kroger for $8. but it's all about the ambiance. And the convenience. And it's warm. And I get ice cream with a spork. Now I'm not a fan of peach cobbler. But the guy said it and the banana pudding were their most popular items. So I stuck with the namesake. And it was pretty damn good. Not gonna lie. And this coming from a guy who doesn't really like peach stuff. Hey I don't know if it was homemade or not. My palate is not that sophisticated like all you food critics. But it was good. And the cinnamon on the ice cream was a nice touch.

We ordered the Honey Apple Cobbler, the Blackberry Cobbler both with ice cream and the cold brew. The honey apple cobbler was really good and my husband enjoyed his blackberry cobbler (his exact words were "it's f-ing delicious". I knocked a star because I would have preferred our cobblers be a little bit warmer and to be given the option to have the ice cream placed on top of the cobbler. I was expecting that because that's how they have it pictured on the menu. The cobbler container doesn't leave room for you put the ice cream on top so doing it myself wasn't an option. The place is clean, the ac is great and the staff were friendly. All in all, despite the poor reviews, we decided to give it a chance and we're glad we did.

I met my niece here for dessert. It is a bright and fun establishment. The marketing is definitely eye-catching. The staff is super friendly. There are incredible options for desserts. Of course I want to try the cobbler. My niece was interested in cookies, but they were out all of the sugar cookies. I tried the sweet potato pecan cobbler and took a mango peach cobbler to go. A nice scoop of ice cream comes with every cobbler. It is absolutely amazing with the cobbler magic on top! The sweet potato pecan cobbler was not my favorite. It is just sort of dry and thick and has waaaaaaay too many pecans. I think they need a little more sweet to it perhaps if they use the base of pecan pie to help elevate it a bit. The peach mango cobbler is to die for!The cobblers are not homemade I think the correct term would be fresh baked.Overall, I would definitely go back. I think it's a nice way to try different things and figure out what your favorite will be!

Been across the way for nearly a week and decided to give it a shot. After pursuing the menu, I figured to try the blackberry cobbler a try. One server, one helper, very quiet, so ask as many questions as you need. Now, first time diving in. Hope to try again soon.

We went to The Peach Cobbler Factory out in Collierville. It's located near the Malco theater and in the same shopping center as BooYa's.The inside is small and cozy with a small area for eating. The door was left open, but outside of the leaves that found their way inside, the interior was clean. The cashier was friendly, and very efficient for how busy it was getting. I liked how she didn't bag warm cobblers and cold ice cream/puddings together in the same bag. I thought that was smart and thoughtful. The menu is easy to understand. Each cobbler comes with one scoop of ice cream, and there are both a wide variety of cobblers and puddings. They also serve cinnamon rolls, beverages, and you also have the option of doing a dessert flight where you can choose 4 cobblers or puddings to taste. We decided on the sweet potato and pecan cobbler, Nutella banana pudding, and NY cheesecake banana pudding. They come in individual containers, and I consider the portion size to fit the price. The sweet potato cobbler was...ok. It came with ice cream, but it tasted more like it NEEDED the ice cream more so than the ice cream being a compliment. With the ice cream it was fine, but it was very dry without it. I know sweet potatoes aren't always the easiest to work into a dessert, so I'll give a little benefit of the doubt. I know peach cobbler is the gold standard, but I don't like peaches. So that struck out 5 choices for me The nutella banana pudding was also, eh, ok. The pudding tasted store bought with a simple layer of Nutella over it. The cheesecake pudding was about the same. It was ok. The cheesecake was placed on top, so you blended the cheesecake into the pudding. I am not a connoisseur towards either dish, but I don't recall cobbler itself being flat out dry and it's something about store bought pudding that is just noticeable, even if you don't eat pudding often.I'm going to assume the ones with peaches are better since they're in 5 of the 12 cobbler choices. Prepare to spend about $10 individually. We came after the movie, so I think this is good if you're in the area, wanting to take a friend somewhere new, or just in the mood for something sweet. I'll give this one a rating: reread the recipe. While the concept is simple, I feel like these are two dishes you can't quite rush to make, and often one of SEVERAL dishes that takes practice and improvement. While the general ingredients are there, it just fell flat.
