Good food. Good price. Inattentive waitress. Dirty restaurant.Visited with my wife and grandson. Not sure we were give three seperate checks. Only saw our waitress twice; when she took our order and when she brought our food.Restaurant was quite dirty.

This is a nice and cozy local restaurant. It is seat yourself, if you can find a clean table. The wait staff works as quickly as they can, and this morning, they were decently busy. Our waitress was friendly and the food was good. My fries could've been hotter. They were lukewarm. But, the food was tasty. The food is typical, small, family owned fare, and the tableware isn't fancy but does the trick.

Decent food HORRIBLE service.I love diner style food but the unhappy and unhelpful staff has caused me to scratch this off my list... permanently.

It's a cute dinner with decent food. Decent prices. The service is not horrible - just not attentive. I will try it again as it's really close to our area. Hopefully the next visit will be better.

I was visiting family at near by Fort Campbell. Our four generations ate here for Mother's Day breakfast. Wonderful place with fantastic food and service. We all left with full bellies and great memories of a happy morning. And Mr. Paul is a true gem. Highly recommend.

Looked up a place to have breakfast and was excited to try Hometown cooking. Was greeted but then just ignored, like we had leprosy. All the regulars were given menues and ordered. We weren't given menus and just ignored. After 10 minutes we just left. If your from out of town stay away.

Great diner! They serve breakfast all day and their burger's are great. The service was stellar. The diner is clean and very homey. Very affordable prices as well. This is my new go to!

Reading these reviews, maybe it's been awhile, because it's gone down hill. Got a burger, comes with no bun. No biggie, but my wife got 2 pork chops, ate one when I asked to try, well chop number 2 was red, not cooked. Who is cooking this stuff, uncooked pork, please. I complained immediately, yes, everything was on the house. I could go on, but will never ever go back, so later gator. At your own risk.

Food is good. Honestly the best burger in town by far.. be prepared to wait and most importantly always check your to go order before leaving. Great food but a lot of kids work there and aren't really on top of their job.

Decided to try this "new" place as yelp says. Took my family up there only to walk in and sit down, well and that is about all that happened. After 30 minutes of watching their server ignore the half of the restaurant we were on we finally had someone walk over and ask if we had been helped. We ordered two waters and a coffee, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes just for me to finally get up and says never mind the drinks we are leaving. I will not come back to this poor excuse for a "country kitchen".
