You don't need a one star! zeros for this garbage dump pizza place! order a pizza and it takes an hour and a half. Why is that? time to hire more lazy drivers? You stupid motherfuckers! And my pizza is cold!!!!

I've only ever ordered delivery the food came satisfactory as should but my issue is with service. I've ordered delivery 3 times from this location already and out of the 3 times they messed up on the little things 2 out of the 3 times and it's not 3 out of 3 because because on the second order I called and asked to please ensure they deliver everything as stated on the order. The mistakes they've made were missing to provide seasonings that were added to my order like the cheese, peppers and special seasoning and as well as ordering Spicy Garlic sauce and instead of receiving the spicy garlic sauce I received different sauces that were never stated on the order like the burger sauce, ranch, bbq. I never asked for any of those. This third time I ordered the spicy garlic sauce 2 times and both of those I received ranch instead of the spicy garlic sauce that was literally on the labels of the order stickers. I also received an extremely small wing that they counted as 1 which is ridiculous! Definitely won't be tipping for terrible service.

Food is pretty good for what it is and delivery is USUALLY pretty quick with minimal forgotten items. I tried the boneless chicken and was super disappointed with the amount of sauce (or lack there of) over all not a terrible experience.

Service is horrible. 129 minute estimate and they are still late. We live 5 minutes from the store. Hire more employees or close the store. You are giving the name brand a bad name. It's difficult to order 3 hours in advance of being hungry. If you give coupons for another order, at least update the coupons to non-expired coupons. They are late on all fronts. Order your pizza a year in advance and see if they will take a two year expired coupon.

Ordered The Works Pizza with the new stuffed crust, a double Chocolate Chip Brownie, and a 2 liter Diet Pepsi. My order came exactly as I expected and tastes great, however, the bottom pizza crust is paper thin and didn't support the weight of the toppings and they all fell off as I was trying to eat it.

They got my order exactly right, including the extra sauces. Plus the driver was very patient while finding the building on Fort Campbell that doesn't show on Google maps. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered on the app 2 hours before delivery time and didn't arrive at selected time. Waited 40min before calling and they told me it was already out for delivery. 10min later the DoorDash driver calls me and says he just picked up my order. So after an hour late order and being lied to by staff about my order I will never order her again and recommend Luigi's pizza from now on. Also the pizza wasn't hot when delivered it was barely warm but wasn't surprised seeing how long I had to wait for my order!

Excellent, reliable fast service with a smile. I placed my order online, my order was made to my satisfaction, and the delivery was fast (within 30mins of placing order). I was even able to track my order online as it was being prepared and view the driver as they searched for my address. I highly recommend this business if you want a tasty, fresh dinner.

Horrible service. Girl with colored hair was in a horrible attitude. Phone rang for five minutes and was ignored. Unprofessional staffing and you most definitely Will be waiting.
