Worse, slowest service ever! Ordered 2 occasions and waited 1.5 hours or more for delivery.

I have to say THANK YOU to the fine folks at this location. I had accidentally ordered online to the wrong location. Totally my bad. When I went in to pick up my order at this location, they identified the issue, contacted the other store, and they just made it right. They remade the order and I was out the door in 10 minutes. They even found me a better deal on pricing. They went our of their way and made my mistake right. Thanks for not making me feel like the bonehead that I was!!

Yes, the service is slow here. It's a VERY high-volume pizza place. I will say first-hand, however, that these guys work their butts off and do the best they can with the staff they have. I was here on a Friday night and my order was delayed by almost an hour. I stood there waiting and inspected their business. Bottom line: they need more people working at this location. The folks behind the counter were nice, efficient, and scrambling to get the pizzas out the door as fast as possible.I can't think of a time in Nashville where I was more inspired by the hard work I witnessed in a restaurant. They need more resources from corporate to make everyone's lives easier here. Keep up the good (and hard) work!

They always take care of us well. We order pizzas for large groups and it gets here on time, hot, well prepared, and delicious. The delivery team is so nice. The staff at the store are helpful and thorough.

Food was great delivery was fast thank you ambiance was great giving a review was the hard part can't get 85 characters are too many while eating this delicious food

I tipped 20% on the app. Driver texted me from his personal number to beg for a tip. I tipped him already. Wack

Horrible experience. Ordered carry out around 7:15pm and the worker immediately called to tell me they are closing. I didn't see the call or call back, so they went ahead and made the order but then proceeded to tell me off when I showed up to pick it up. There is snow on the ground so they were closing early. You don't want to let people order carry out and come to you and just not allow delivery? Also, no one making the food was wearing gloves - so nasty. The place was filthy. Definitely worth driving to a different location in Nashville. Avoid this one at all costs.

Ordered because they claimed to be able to deliver in 28-38 minutes. Took an hour to deliver the trash circles they call pizza. Two stars because even though the Manager understandably could not have cared less about me or my complaints - she told me I would have to wait for their "high quality pizza" or I could call Little Caesar's because they are "hot and ready". So a star for having a sense of humor pizza manager person!

This is a review of the manager and the people here. They are working insanely hard. I have so much respect for how hard they are working. The place was clean. They were so polite. It's a chain pizza. Nothing ground breaking. But I think the good people deserve the stars. I'm amending my earlier review.

I understand short staff on drivers will cause delays but be up front. We called when ours was 30 min overdue and ended up coming in to get it. No apology or any concern from them. Then we get home and the pizzas are wrong. We ordered stuffed crust and it was not. They messed up the toppings. They did not even include the garlic sauce that we specifically confirmed was included. No excuse for the orders being so wrong. A little customer service and ownership would go a long way but will never order from here again. Never again!
