Papa Johns Pizza

overall, this place exceeded my expectations!From customer care to food quality!The ambiance was phenomenal!

Every time We order a pepperoni and cheese pizza the cheese slid back making the sauce vary in size for some tomato lovers this may be good but for me its not please fix this Papa Johns. It took around an 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my pizza it said it would get there at 4:15 it showed at 5:00

My order was delivered fast. Pizzas were fresh but the did forget my cookie. I told the nice driver who returned quickly with a cookie.

So during tough times it's the Great People that have the ability to make the difference! In 2021 it seems that our society mainly focuses on negativity. "Not Me" especially when Amazing people like Holt Kirkindoll goes the extra mile for his employees and customers. Talk about representing a Brand Positively Holt just did by making our day!!!! I called from another state to order Pizza for my staff and he shined bright. THANK YOU Holt, you have a customer for life when I'm in Nashville

Order extra large pizza with veggies, sausage and pepperoni. Received the worst pizza ever, barely any toppings and a bunch of dough.

Ordered 2 Papadias and sauces. Both were made on regular pizza crust and just folded over. No sauce in the box nor the extra sauce we ordered. Ordered through the store, DoorDash delivered and when questioned about our sauces, we were told to call the store.

1 hour trying to order. App crashes everything at final payment step. App is often down and they just don't seem to care. Nowhere on their site to even file a general complaint, so they really don't care. Seems CIO and possibly CEO need to be replaced. Either way I'm done with them, guess I'll have to learn to like dominoes or learn to make pizza.

Bad customer service ordered food came 2hrs and food was cold all order wasnt there going back to pizza hut

Called and placed an order over the phone. Waited 2 hours and called back. They said my order was delivered, which it never was. Called back they said they would remake it and have it out in 30 mins. An hour later I call and they said the drivers didn't want to bring the pizza so it's just sitting there. Thanks papa John's for wasting 3 hours of my time when I could have gotten food anywhere else. 10/10 do not recommend

the worst customer service we have ever experienced. we got delivery and didn't get all of our items and the manager said we could only get them if we came to the store- which defeats the purpose of delivery. there was no attempt by him to refund us, give a credit, or even apologize for their mess up. plus the food was cold and not good :/
