Papa Johns Pizza

Great place for local pizza. Really has improved a lot over the years. My kid's favorite choice.

I feel so silly leaving a review for a Papa John's, but after ordering from here all through college it's gotten to that. At this point I'm pretty sure this location owes me $100 in missing sauces and incorrect orders. Every attempt to try and call is met with an employee picking up the phone and immediately hanging it up so it stops ringing. The vibes in there are horrible and I wish the Papa John's app would let me order from a different location. I want to give up on the chain entirely ):

I don't think I've ever taken the time to leave a bad review in my life. I placed an order for pickup, was notified it was ready. Drove to papa John's, walked up to the door, and stood there. Stood at the door while it was 10 degrees for no telling how long while the workers looked at me and ignored me. Someone finally let me in and they had not started on my order. Were very rude when I walked in, and proceeded to literally talk bad about me to my face. I don't even know what to say. I was in shock. I can officially say I've never experienced anything like this.

Late in the night (actually, after midnight in the a.m.), I walked in and placed a carry out order. Now, I was surprised at how few sit-down restaurants were open after 11:00 p.m. on a busy Saturday night in Nashville. Fortunately, this pizza joint helped make a two mile walk back to my hotel bearable. I ate the pizza on one of their two tables, located right in front of the restaurant. (The pizza itself wasn't really made that elegantly, but I didn't care since I was famished, and what I did eat tasted delicious at that moment.)

0 stars Ordered 5 pizzas at 11am that were supposed to be delivered at 12:03, at 1pm we still hadn't received the pizza. (This was for a lunch-in at the hospital, 15+ staff members were expecting to be fed) Tried calling multiple times, no answer from the store, multiple call attempts were declined by them. Had to call a corporate number to even get in touch with the store. Finally got in touch with someone, was told the pizza wouldn't be ready until 1:35 but that they also didn't have a driver to deliver the pizza. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of this store. Would not recommend a delivery order.

I've never been compelled to leave a review for any store, especially negative. However, this was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. It's 12 degrees outside, and the workers were not letting anyone in the doors. There were 2 customers already inside and they did not let us in either. The lady at the counter said we aren't letting anyone else in. When the 2 people inside left we were able to walk in. They had 0 orders prepared, they STARTED on our order 5 minutes after we arrived. The communication was a minimal when we arrived. I had to ask if they had our order, they did not say anything to us. One of the workers was in the back watching a movie on their phone. I knew this because the volume was up, even one of the workers pointed it out. I will give the man working there the benefit of the doubt of maybe getting an order confused. And he made our order quicker than I expected. BUT this was still a terrible experience and the workers were super unprofessional. Granted, it is a pizza shop, but I'm just asking for the minimum, and I was given nothing but a cold rail to hold onto as I stood on the stairs outside and had people inside a warm establishment stare at me trying to stay warm. The lady running the front desk needs to do some soul searching and thinking because she does not belong in that store, or any entry level fast food franchise. The phone would ring with no answer from her, calls would be ignored or put on hold for no reason at all. Papa John's please fix this place or close it down. I do not even want this to be an option so that others do not make the same mistake I did on this very cold CFP Championship night. Roll tide!

Ordered a flat crust pizza, half of it just cheese. For some reason it tasted like pancakes with maple syrup, very weird flavor to it, and the texture was very cardboard like. Ordered a stuffed crust as well, that one was not too bad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst breadsticks I've ever ordered from Papa John's. I wish I could post a picture of how awful they were

If I could give this store no stars I would. Sorry prepared food. Cold, since they forgot my order was ready for delivery over 30+ mins. The driver even admitted that they were not busy and they simply forgot that my order was ready. Driver even said, you lucky you got your food delivered. Food was burnt. Store did not care at all.

Not a bad place at all. Delivery was on time as well as the food was still warm. A+ in my book. I'm not exactly sure why all the bad reviews. Maybe they have a new team working now?
