Papa Johns Pizza

It's our go to quick late night pizza fix! They always have good deals, plus it usually takes less than an hour for delivery. The pizza arrives hot and fresh, plus their chicken poppers are tasty too. I do wish they had more sauce on them. One thing I am not the biggest fan of is when we order an item on only half the pizza it is usually on way more than half of it. This happens all the time when we order half onions. The Parmesan crust bottom pizza was okay. I do wish it was crispier. The classic crust with the garlic on it is simply the best. Anyway still got my business!

On June 11th, I ordered 2 Large Pizza, Brownies, and Garlic Sauce. One of the pizzas that was delivered was not the right pizza. I called the store and spoke with Hollie and was told that she would put it in the system that I would have a free Large Zesty pizza and a garlic sauce whenever I decided to order it again. Today on July 2nd, 2024, I called to order the pizza and I spoke again to Hollie. This time around Hollie told me that Don the GM changed my free pizza to a free delivery instead. She also stated that she could not tell me when the GM would be available in the store because she does not know his schedule. At this point I am highly upset to be receiving conflicting explanations, from a manager who claims they are very new to this.

I would give zero stars if I could. If you appreciate good customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS. I ordered from the store on Gallatin Rd. Waited more than an hour for it and then the order showed delivered. Called the store and was told that it had already happened 3 other times tonight. Then I was instructed I would have to call the GM Kiki tomorrow because the supervisor there, Melanie, was simply filling in. They got my money, I got no pizza, and they refused to do anything. I even offered to send them my Ring footage to prove it was never delivered. Think before you EVER order from them.

Beware and make sure you leave a tip online. Order a pizza and it was $20.60. Gave driver $5.00 tip upon writing it on the receipt. Once processed it was $26.68. He changed the 5 to a 6 and the last zero to a 8. Will never do business their again.

I placed an online order at 10: 08 pm. The email they sent said it would it would be delivered between 10:48-10:58. I had to call the store to see where my pizza was at 11:20. The manager told me they were waiting for door dash to come pick it up. Frustrated because it never once said on the app it would be delivered by door dash. The manager asked me if I would like to cancel my order because it would be another 30 minutes to an hour before it was delivered. Horrible! If I had known door dash would be delivering it, I wouldn't have ordered let alone wait 2 1/2 hours for a pizza!

The delivery service was decent this time, but they gave us the wrong order. We did not order a stuffed crust, but they sent one. It was slimy and gross. The gluten free pizza was burned. When will I ever learn? I doubt we will order from them again. Another Papa Johns in the area might be better than this one. We've been disappointed with them time and again. Jett's Pizza is much better. Heck, even Pizza Hut does it better.

We ordered two large pizzas. The delivery was a single small cheese pizza. The delivery people were from DoorDash. There were theee people and none of them spoke English. They marked the order as delivered. I called the store to speak to the manager and no one ever answered. I listened to recordings for 20 minutes. Disgusting service. They show an absolute lack of respect for their customers.

They delivered a completely different pizza, and when i tried to call in to get the one i ordered delivered, the phones were shut off at 11:51. They obviously thought they'd just close up before i could try to get what i ordered. I went there to get my pizza replaced, and after the girl hollered about it, they still gave me the wrong pizza. Another customer was there to pick up an order because her online order didn't go through (they're supposed to be open until 1:00), and the girl told her they stopped taking orders. It wasn't even 12:30 yet.

Staff are bottom of the barrel. They shouldn't be hired to pick up trash. They'd probably litter and blame someone else.

If you've ordered here before and thought we'll I'll give them another chance, just don't. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I'm so done with this papa johns. Worst part , I ordered on Uber eats , picked it up myself. Failed to look at it so I'm really disappointed in myself for not checking before leaving. Papa johns , please do better.
