Papa Johns Pizza

We had Pizza night at our daughters and with the grandkids and ordered out. We ordered one large Pepperoni and a large Combination. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We have both seen the commercials with the Better Ingredients Better Pizza, Papa Johns. Well, ours was excellent, so fresh, and hot.Both Pizzas were consumed in a matter of minutes except for the slices left for my son-in-law. I should have taken a picture when they arrived but hunger took over our discipline. We were so hungry that I will order again just to make sure that when I said, "this is so delicious" it wasn't because anything would have been good when we finally ate. Seriously though I would say we got our monies worth. I also like the jalapeño that came in each box. The garlic dipping sauce was a nice extra as well.

I haven't ordered a pizza in almost a year, diet reasons. But one evening was really in a tight spot ono how to feed 5 adults quickly with out being fried foods. So we wanted pizza which we haven't had (like I said in almost a year). I pre-ordered online and paid for it. Waited about 15 minutes before we left the house with is 15 minutes away. Instead of going right over to PJ to pick it up we went into Kroger grocery at the other end of strip mall to get a few more items for dinner and the next day, maybe in the store 20 minutes. We got in line at drive thru to pick up our pizza which was ready, It was 7:27 when we entered the line with 2 cars ahead of us. Received my pizza at 8:02! ABSOLUTLEY no excuse for that! since the drive thru is for picking up pizza. if their pizza is not ready then you ask them to park and pull back around or something. This place needs better management

Not sure why but I've ordered 2-3 pizzas for delivery at my current address, tried to order another pizza and now they say they don't deliver to this address? Why the change Papa John's???

There must be a shortage of sausage and mushrooms in Clarksville Tn. I ordered a large Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom pizza. I received what looks like a flattened pepperoni pizza. It was $21. I am highly disappointed and waiting on Marcos to build in the area...

Wow, my first time to have a home delivery and we were not disappointed. Hot food, fast delivery, friendly service, and online tracking. My only suggestion would be, buy bigger chicken wings. Overall, great experience!

Writing this as I'm still waiting on my pizza almost 2 hours later. Very annoying, will not order from here again.

When we order pizza, we always do it from this papa johns, there delivery drivers and kind, and respectful. And the pizza is always on time and delicious. However-I did have to call them once because I was driving down the road and one of there delivery guys (I saw the sign on top of his car) was driving recklessly, however the management handled it like a pro.

Pizza was cold. Crust was tough. Toppings did not taste fresh. This is the second time our order was less than expected. We will not be ordering again anytime soon.

Pizza's were delicious, correctly made and super hot. It's a Saturday night and the delivery was really fast.

To be honest - the pizza is Papa John's. It's pretty good pizza, but it's still just a pizza chain. The reason I am taking time out to write this review is based on the delivery drivers I've encountered the last couple of times I've ordered. They are super friendly and thorough - unlike any other delivery I've seen. Not sure if they just have a top notch customer service training program, or if Papa Johns takes the time to hire quality personnel, but they've gained my loyalty for pizza delivery simply because I like dealing with their drivers.
