Papa Johns Pizza

It's great Pizza but my order was not up to par. I couldn't understand the person who took my order. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza but it never came. Maybe next time. The delivery man was nice and respectful so I tipped him more than usual. Please keep him to the delivery man.

@papajohns The New York Style pizza was cooked perfectly! Crispy Crust! BIG SLICES! Great for folding like New Yorkers do! A squeeze of of pepper! Good to go!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered a large Works pizza for delivery. We paid cash and the driver left before we realized that we were given a plain Cheese pizza. When we called to tell them about their error and asked for them to send us the right pizza we were told they were "Busy" and it would take "Probably an hour / an hour and a half." So we waited. And waited. After an hour and a half we called back. We were told that the pizza was given to a Door Dash driver to take to us 10 minutes prior to our call. We live mayyybe 4-5 minutes from this Papa John's.After another 20 minutes we call back and are told that the driver is stuck in traffic due to a wreck. Meanwhile, a family member who was out during all of this was able to get around the wreck with little to no issue and walks in the door a few minutes after this call.We give it another 10 minutes or so and call back. This time to ask if they can just make us a pizza and let us come up and pick it up (I know, I know. We should have done that from the start) since whatever this Door Dash driver has is probably colder than a Biden voter. They tell us that since it is 9 o'clock, carry outs are closed. We ask to get our money back, but OF COURSE, there is no Manager on duty (you don't say!) that can perform a refund and we'll have to come by tomorrow! So now we have a sh*tty cheese pizza that we paid the price of a Works for, no proper pizza on the way (the supposed Door Dasher still hasn't come after nearly an hour+, and clearly isn't going to), and have to take time out of our day tomorrow to get our cash back. Absolutely pathetic. We'll order from the Marco's a block further from now on.TL;DR: Order a pizza at 6:30, wrong pizza delivered at 7:00, it's now 9:30 and still haven't gotten what we ordered. I'm now posting this review to everywhere I can out of spite.

I had a good experience. I ordered online & picked it up myself. The time tracker on the app was handy and our order was filled exactly as we ordered it. We tried the stuffed crust & the hand tossed. Both were good, just a preference as to which you should order. We tried the jalapeño poppers. They were ok, but we really like the traditional jalapeño poppers way better. I was hesitant to try this Papa John's because of the negative past reviews, but it's convenient & most of the negative reviews were from 2 years ago. Glad we gave them a try & we will order here again.

I placed our order and was given a delivery time, called after 20 passed the delivery time and was told that door dash messed up and that Poppa John's had to remake my order and that it would be at least another 20 mins before it could be delivered, making my original delivery time over 40 minutes later. They never offered to discount my order or anything, just completely blamed door dash If you are a pizza delivery company but can not order your pizza orders yourself then maybe you should not advertise as a pizza delivery service!! For the price we paid for just a pizza and a 2lt drink was crazy but the cu service is just plain outrageousmy ridiculous and we will not order anything from them again. Dominos and Pizza Hut will get all of our business from now on

Oh Papa John's, gotta give you a three star. Love your pizza, but I ordered half veggie and half pepperoni. Got one third veggie and two thirds cheese. Even the label on the box says half pepperoni.Oh well, good thing we'll eat cheese, too.

Good pizza. Better employees. Papa John's. Always open with I need them. They simply don't miss at this papa John's.

Seldom gets my order correct. I've paid for extra sauces multiple times and never received them. And yes, "never" is accurate, this is not an exaggeration. Called once to complain and the manager told me that my order was correct because the pizza toppings were correct so I shouldn't be complaining even though I didn't get my sauces. Then she got frustrated with me and hung up on me. Yeah...been ordering from Dominos ever since.

Used to be the best one anywhere near Memphis and Lakeland, but customer service sucks and they constantly cut toppings short and mess up on something every order.

Would give five stars but they can never seem to cut the pizza correctly. Always have to fight with the pieces sticking together or tearing.
