Fresh freshness you can smell the fresh food Friendly customer service On this order see today's order was the strawberry a strawberry poppyseed salad try to have salad. Also another salad the Mediterranean I think it's called the Mediterranean classic it's a salad on the side of the menu. It look really yummy. Got that and a half salad and that third salad was a cop I think it's called a classic Cobb but I got the classic Cobb salad half of that as well and two turkey bacon bravo sandwiches. The boys might like to try some sandwiches from there. They said they no longer sell the pizza for the kids so since they didn't have the pizza available, I had and got the two sandwiches instead and the lemon agave drink the lemon agave drink

I always go with the sandwich and salad option. My favorite salad is the poppyseed with or without chicken and I really like the chipotle chicken sandwich. The chipotle sauce and avocado pairs well with sandwich to offer a subtle spice without being overwhelming. I prefer Panera sandwich and salad options over other sandwich shops.The food presentation is better, as well as the taste of the food. My sandwiches are always nice and plump vs smushed and wondering if the bread is fresh. The salad comes in a container and not a cardboard takeout box. The salad is also prepared in such a way to make it appealing and not thrown together, same for the sandwiches. I mostly order via the app, but when I do use the drive thru the employees are friendly and happy to answer questions. The inside appears dark to me and the to go pick up area is right in the front when you walk in. I wasn't always a fan of Panera for whatever reason, but I am a repeat customer these days.

We have stopped a few times for lunch, ordering in the app is quick and easy and accurate for order prep. Service has always been good, someone almost always says hello and that's nice to me! Even today we placed an order just before arriving and they made sure it was ready ahead of time, it was a very nice extra step. We usually take to go but the indoor area is spacious and they have outdoor patio seating. I would be back again for sure.

I haven't been to Panera Bread in awhile now, and I was so surprised how the place was almost crowded. I didn't remember Panera Bread being this popular. I went to this location on June 19, 2023. Luckily I was able to get my order in quick. My order took about 10 minutes to get ready. I decided to get the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and a side of Potatoes chips. I wish I got another side the potatoes chips wasn't nothing too special. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich were pretty good though. The BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Onions, and Chicken work well together.

The food is good. Typically get the Asiago Cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese and coffee. Facility is pretty dated and needs upgrading. Plenty of sitting areas in need of repair. Also today went at 7AM and there were table areas that were obviously not cleaned from the night before. Other areas as the code bar and the beverage station seemed clean. Ambiance is good since it was quiet.

It's Panera, if you've ever been to one, you sort of know what to expect. It's the perfect casual dining spot for lunch especially if you're on the road and wanting something quick but not completely bad for you. This location has a drive thru and a kiosk which are always a plus! I didn't know this until today that you can order lunch regardless of the time. I wanted lunch so this was perfect. I ordered the pick two with a turkey bacon sandwich and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted as it should. Will, is the reason for the 5 stars. He's the type of guy that steps up and steps in. As a former manager of a $6M retail store I can spot and acknowledge managers who care. Will was filling in at this location and works at a location in Jackson, TN. I asked because he deserved his flowers. From the moment we walked in the line has started to get long. The place wasn't super crowded but you could tell we all just showed up around the same time. The cashier was ringing people up and he was grabbing all of the baked goods as needed. Not only that, once my friend started struggling on the kiosk, he didn't call someone else to help him/take his order. He stopped what he was doing (which is hard sometimes as a manager because the list of tasks are continuous) and walked around the counter to actually help himorder what he wanted. He went the extra mile when he didn't have to.

Anytime I come to Panera I am assured of a great meal. I was in town and needed a fast dinner and this was my choice. My sandwich and soup was delicious as always. Their Chilli is really good so if its on the menu get it!!

During my visit, I was impressed by the quality of the food and the exceptional service. Both met high standards, reflecting a well-trained staff and a commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the seating area presented a noticeable issue that detracted from the overall experience. The lobby, while functional, is outdated and carries a lingering odor, which significantly impacts the atmosphere. It appears that the furnishings may be the source of the odor, likely due to their age.Although the restroom was much fresher, suggesting attention to cleanliness, the lobby's condition does not align with the otherwise well-maintained environment. A renovation of the seating area, along with the removal of outdated elements, would greatly enhance the guest experience and bring this establishment up to a five-star level. For now, while I appreciated the service, I opted for a to-go order to enjoy my meal in a more comfortable setting.
