I've ordered to-go from here a few times. It's always been pretty good. My daughter is a big fan so this is usually where we order from.

Excellent Lemon Chicken; large portions, reasonably priced. Courteous staff and late evening hours. So far so good; would recommend!

I've ordered from this place for years now. In the past months they have really left something to be desired. Tonight I ordered and didn't receive my food until almost 2 hrs after it was place. Everything cold and soggy, and half on my food at the bottom of the bag!! Went to start pulling things out and one bag of the chips that go into soup broke open from being water logged. Called to tell them that I wasn't pleased. The very rude lady who answers the phone starts wanting to argue with me. And making excuse after excuse. Like so "your food is cold and soggy because it's cold and wet outside" no it's wet and soggy because it took 2 hrs to get here, and items were spilled all over the bag. Stay away from this foul business. Nothing done to fix the issue other than meet with a terrible attitude. NO MORE CHANCES FROM ME.

Poor food quality. The place is. It very clean. Owners like to argue. I would pick another place to eat.

Delicious food with excellent delivery service. Try the Black Pepper Chicken, its yummy!

I called to place an order for delivery. After sitting on hold for an upwards of 5 minutes, the lady came to the phone and took my order. She was very rushing and had no patience. After giving her the address, she said ok.thankyou.bye. Very abruptly-- before she even told me my total or how long it would take. My friend calls back about 5 minutes later (thinking she might've been busy) and I ask her my total and how long it would take. The lady hung up! So, I call back and proceeded to get an attitude with me and said "I think I told you". She NEVER told me. Utter disrespect. Never again.

Moved to NEA from the west coast in 2021 and we're so glad when we found this place! We eat at Panda Garden a couple times a month. It's really good and quick take out. My favorites are the sesame chicken combo pictured, the moo goo gai pan, won ton egg drop soup, beef and broccoli, and cashew chicken. I'm definitely enjoying working my way through their very large menu!

SO RUDE. I have gone there a few times over the past few years. Every time it has been the same. I keep saying I won't go back, but then I think maybe they finally hired some people with Customer Service skills, or at least a hint of personality. Never once have any of the employees ever smiled. I don't think they even looked at me. They are very abrupt. Even when I phone ahead, and then go pick up the order myself, the person on the phone is impatient and had no time for your silly questions! I always thought maybe it was just a language barrier issue, so I tried not to be offended by their lack of communication. Today, I stopped on my way home from work to pick up some quick take-out. I stood at the counter for awhile as the counter person answered at least six phone-in order calls. Finally, he hangs up and just looks at me. I said, "I'd like to place an order." He says, "Phone Call?" I said again, "No, I'd like to place a To-Go order." Again, he says, "Phone Call" making the phone gesture with his hand. The second response did NOT sound like an inquiry, but more of a statement.I walked out. I will not be back.Regarding the food: very marginal. And WHO uses DEEP FRIED chicken in Kung Pao Chicken?!?!?! Really, this place is not worth the time to even dial the phone.

Bought a seafood delight. The menu says it has lobster meat in it, it didn't. Called back and instead of getting any kind of reimbursement got the owner bitching about 'lobster too expensive it 40$ a pound" why is it even on the menu if they don't have it? Never was mentioned when placing the order that they didn't have it anymore either. Just got ripped off.

Order never came. Cancelled after waiting nearly two hours.
