Panda Buffet

Picked up a to-go order. Ordering was easy and it only took 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Their beef lo mein has so much more flavor than other lo meins i've had. The staff is nice. The wonton soup was pretty salty, but I eat no added salt on anything so it would probably be fine for other people.

We have eaten at Panda Buffet during our last few visits to Holly Springs and have always been very pleased. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. My 3 year old was nodding off at the table and the server offered to open up a vacant booth for us to that we would not have to hold him while we are.

Food was tasteless and dry and the drinks tasted weird we definitely won't be returning. There was only one person out front so there was no service. It was just all around a disappointing visit.

Awful. The roast pork (and vegetables) was so tough we couldn't cut it and the vegetables were raw. In the happy family, the beef was like rubber, and the vegetables were, again, raw. When it was reported, the cook argued with us - three times - until I had to raise my voice, that I was "done.". The prices were also increased, but not on the menu. I left hungry and mad.

This place needs an informative review. If you go by the reviews the locals would not know what good Chinese food was even if Wo Fat cooked it. The staff is friendly. The restrooms are 3 out of 5. The food is your typical blah Chinese food with even less seasoning. MSG! Temperature of the food on the bar is room temperature. Lady said regulars like it that way. I prefer my food hot and will allow it to cool if needed. The real reason it is so low is so it doesn't have to have water added often. General Tao chicken was so bland I had to add salt and pepper and I don't care for much salt. Pepper chicken had so little spice that it tasted more like grilled chicken in water. Now don't get me wrong, it is not inedible just bland. I am giving two stars only because of the staff.

We found this by accident and were very pleasantly surprised. Everything we tried on the buffet was good and fresh. Nothing was greasy and there were many choices. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to use their phone book and bathrooms while we waited for repair on our RV. If you like Chinese, I would give it a try!

This place is a-ok. Their food is not bad if you feel like trying the buffet or ordering from the menu. My favorite would probably be their honey chicken and shrimp fried rice. The buffet does not have a huge selection like some other Chinese restaurants offer but they have quite a bit to choose from. They also have dessert but it doesnt look to appealing to me so I have never indulged in it. However, I have tried a couple flavors of their ice cream. The staff seems to be a little dry if you know what I mean, but they get the job done (hence the 3 stars and not 4). All in all it is a nice place to visit if you are in the area and in the mood for chinese food, being that the next closest Chinese restaurant is in Oxford.
