Pancho's Place - Columbia

Good food, especially like their salsas. Very fast service, they always seem to have enough help. Prices are okay but have been going up like everything else these days. I just go less often than I used to.

Having chips and salas to start, as usual with any Mexican place. Then cheese enchilada meal with beans and rice. Not bad place. Good vibe place. Good service and food is tasty

I had to go the the hospital from food poisoning after I ate here. Yesterday between 2-3 I had lunch here with my family. I was the only one who got sick and was the only one who ate the shredded chicken. That night or next morning about 1 am I woke up vomiting and bad diarrhea... it felt so bad my father had to drive me to the ER..My wife called ponchos about 11am while I was still in the hospital and explained what happened... my doctor confirmed it was food poisoning and from the chicken I ate... I got outta the hospital about 2 pm and called ponchos to see if there were any other complaints.... they had no record of my wife calling earlier so apparently whoever she spoke with didn't say a word to anybody else at this business. So I called the owner. He just wanted to argue with me and claim no responsibilities.... Poncho literally said he "doesn't care"I'll be call the health department next.

My husband and I absolutely love Pancho's Place! The food is delicious, the service is always good, and the portions are generous. Best Mexican food for us!

Absolutely the worst attempt at "Mexican" food....north of the border....Soggy, greasy, weird tasting cheese.....They call it "Tex/Mex".....It not even close.....What the heck..........Save your money......

When, in the course of human events, one gets the hankerin', one sometimes has to get some of that lowest-common-denominator slop-on-a-plate "Mexican" "food." Pancho's used to be the place to scratch this unholy itch. No mas.Service has slipped, with long waits no longer worthy of Speedy Gonzales.When the food finally arrives, it's lukewarm, or the order is wrong. Lo siento - Hasta nunca, amigos : (

Was driving through town visiting the area and stopped in for a late lunch. Quick service and HUGE portions!! Great lunch prices! Took a friend out for her birthday and it didn't break the bank! The cheese dip had the perfect spice and so did the fajitas. I would come back again if in this area in the future!Ps... the bathrooms were super clean!

You get a lot of food for your money and its delicious. I was by myself and ordered one entree. I was only able to finish a third of it. I ate leftovers for dinner last night and still have enough for one more meal.

I don't expect Mexican restaurants to actually have authentic Mexican food in the US but I do expect the entrees they have on the menu to at least fall within the Gastronomía definition. I ordered a basic carne verde with rice and beans and a perfect margarita! My significant other enjoys fozen margarita, our waitress brought us two margaritas in the rocks. We put a complaint in and she proceeded to bring a frozen margarita that was x-small , Let's just say my 13.00 margarita taste like orange juice and my food was so salty I could not eat it?! The manager recommended we tell him next time before we eat!! Worst experience no words in any language can describe the lack of taste! Manager did comp the salty meal!!!

Pancho's has been my go to Mexican Restaurant for years but the food quality has gone down. When I complained about my to go order, they replaced the food without issue. The manager then explained that it's normal for nacho cheese to be solid, so I won't go back. There are many options in the area.
