This is what Outback had the nerve to serve me. I just wanted a quick meal but this was not it. What makes this even worse was this is the replacement. It's supposed to be grilled vegetables and steak. Watery, soggy, burnt vegetables and a very, VERY overcooked steak. Also the bloomin onion had so much grease at the bottom of the plate. The service was decent during lunchtime and the atmosphere was okay.

Pre-flight Dinner, this one had the best cheesefries we have ever had. We sat in the bar area,it was clean, and the service was fantastic. Likethe location since we always fly out from MEM.

Okay, I gave these guys a second chance, and I honestly regret wasting my time. The hostess Melissa was the sweetest. It all just went downhill from there. I ordered a sweet tea with light ice, when i got it 15 minutes later it had black gunk on the ice, and not just small specks of black, i mean it was disgusting. I also spotted 2 bugs. I told my server and she said "Our bug guys don't come do their job" ... clearly. It was also freezing, make sure you bring a jacket if you want to waste your appetite here.

Celebrating my best friends 61st birthday. He wanted a great steak and Outback did not disappoint. He ordered the Porterhouse cooked medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. He was an extremely happy camper. I had the petite sirloin cooked medium well and was pleased with it. Both steaks also reheated well too. Baked potato and house salads were excellent and fresh. Our waiter Chas was attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks and the birthday boy was served with surprise ice cream dessert which he found room enough to polish off.

Firstly, our waitress was literally horrible, she kept like mumbling stuff to us because of how quiet she was and whenever she did talk she didn't even look at us so it was even harder to hear her. Second, the food was TERRIBLE. I got the fillet mignon, 8 ounces, medium well, and the seasoning was ABSOLUTELY SPICY. Terribly spicy and we told them and they remade it but they didn't even put any seasoning at all on it! At least cook it like a normal filet mignon, and the manager talked to us and said that they were popular because of their extreme amount of seasoning on their steaks which was AWFUL. And third, I got the seasoned rice, aka- fried rice, AWFUL. It felt insulting to me for how terrible it was. But in total, I'M NEVER GOING BACK.

We won't be back and for several reasons.First, when we arrived we were quickly seated. That was nice. However, about two minutes later the house lights dimmed and we were in complete darkness. I asked the waiter about it but he offered no assistance. I had to get up and go to the podium (aka the host) and ask for a new table. They quickly accommodated.With the new table we received a new waitress. She was pleasant and prompt but our waiter from the "dark table" complained to us about his lacking tips due to his poorly lit section!Next, my first bowl of chili was full of tiny tin foil pieces. Guess what? So was the second one. The manager cared so much they DID NOT even check on us. I ordered my steak medium well and it came back medium rare...I find that disgusting. I would have sent it back but the waitress took forever to check on us. I brought the steak home, finished cooking it, and then ate it. So glad I had to pay for that!Additionally, the presentation of the meals and dessert was messy! Based on this experience I bet management will not respond to this review. Heck, they didn't think a person who received two bowls of tin foil infused chili was worth checking in!Sad too as we typically enjoy Outback...at other locations. This was our first and last time here.

After having a horrible experience at Longhorn steakhouse we drove across the way to Outback and had excellent service and food! The manager Alex was great and interactive with us as well as our server who was also wonderful.

When me and my friend came in, the host was rude from the start. Then we ordered the new gingerbread martini and waited almost an hour for it to come out. We had already eaten our appetizer and entre by the time we got the drink. Then the owner went to every table around us and apologized for the wait when we were the first ones there and were the only actual ones that waited an hour for two drinks.
