Our Daily Bread

Came upon this place from word of mouth and boy were we happy! My husband was craving a big salad and believe me he got what he wanted. He had the BLT salad that was packed with bacon! The dressing was a homemade jalapeño ranch that he loved. I had one of the best Rueben sandwiches I have had in a long time. The meat was super tender! It was not made the traditional way but somehow she made a hash of the meat, kraut, and cheese. The sandwich was proportioned to perfection. Not overdressed. The owner was a joy to talk with, this is a Kentucky proud restaurant and the food speaks for itself. If you're looking for a nice friendly place to eat stop by and enjoy. Oh, and I did take home some cookies. They were a very rich chocolate chip cookie with soft chewy caramel. So good!

Get the Hawaiian pizza with the honey butter crust! Their other pizzas are great too, you can't go wrong with anything! We love to do a large pizza take out order after a day out on the lake!

Great place for a great breakfast! The servers have always been attentive when we are there. Love their breads and bakery goods

Passing through and thought we wanted coffee and baked goods. Well- they got the goods!! They also offered a nice lunch/ deli menu. We got the daily special- Bang-bang Shrimp Coconut Rice bowl. It was absolutely delicious- lots of grilled veggies and shrimp- just the right size for lunch. Good coffees too- we had the Americano & an iced caramel macchiato. We will be back-

The Southwest roast beef sandwich was excellent! Great service and friendly people! You just got to try a cinnamon roll! All breads baked on sight.

Worst food I've ever had besides rotton. As a matter of I didn't eat much have half to dogs. I got me a microwaved corned beef cubes on bread. Suppose to a Ruben. Corned beef is not supposed to be a rubbery lump. The girls in there were very young and rude. They don't get customer service at their age. I can over look it if the food was good. Absolutely deplorable

The atmosphere is bland but it is a diner. No frills but very comfortable. Service was very good. Just the right amount of checking in. Not pushy or invisible. The sandwich was very good, toasted just right and with excellent taste. I recommend this place to anyone passing through or near Eddyville, KY.

Stopped in for a sandwich. Ordered the Rueben and it was very good. It was served hot, on toasted marble rye bread with melted cheese, sauerkraut and their 1,000 island dressing. Price was reasonable and service was good. Worth checking out.

The breakfast was really good and still warm. Had the omelette, egg and cheese sandwich. The mocha and white mocha latte which was pretty good. The cinnamon roll was extremely large. The photo does no justice as it is very big. I got two and a small cinnamon loaf To-go alone with pecan pie. Good good options

Today's special is Philly cheesesteak on a homemade hoagie roll. Yum!!!Me: that sounds delicious but I don't like liquid, yellow cheese. Lady at counter: that's ok. We can do a different cheese on top. Me: great, but I don't really like bell peppers either. LaC: we can do it with just onions. Me: sounds delicious (and it definitely was)!If a Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich, made your way, doesn't do it for you, they have a pretty extensive menu and different specials every day. Also, their giant cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! This place is the best!
