Oscar's Taco Shop

Great New Mexican restaurant- kind of like Food Truck Type Food. I ordered street tacos on our first visit and I believe that was the special for the day- great price. I ordered the Calicheeto- with flaming hot Cheeto's which was a steak burrito. very good . I will be visiting them again.

Just visited this new restaurant you our area, and I was extremely pleased with my meal. We had an al pastor burrito with fries in it, and a Chile relleno burrito. The burritos were full, large, and extremely flavorful. The bag they give for chips was great, and the salsa bar was a great surprise as we were able to try a variety of salsas. The charred jalapenos were exceptional. I'll totally be back for one of their daily specials.

Service was good, Altho the food told another story, street tacos were very dry, bland and overloaded with unions. If your thinking of coming here I recommend Boss Burrito's or Qudoba instead

So we had planned on something else but we saw a new business and decided to try it out. Street corn/canned corn and full of mayo was gross. Tacos were greasy and tasteless, much like the Cali burrito. Fish tacos were 2 small finger sized pieces that smelled overly fishy and covered in mayo and ONIONS. The guy at the register couldn't answer any questions because he had very poor English so he didn't understand us and just kinda stood there. When I took my food back because I had requested No Onions. The other worker requested my receipt and I provided it to prove that I had repeatedly asked for No Onions. It's a counter and serve yourself cold chips and a cold bar with an array of sauce and salsas. Nothing special about getting your own food and sitting down then cleaning up after yourself. This place reads more like eating at a gas station type of place with NO special decor or food. Just a big menu of foods and nothing done well

Finally decent Mexican food in Paducah. The negative reviews are by people scared of putting hot sauce on their food and order ground beef. The Surf and Turf burrito and Pastor are awesome. Highly recommend

Five star for flavor..the birria tacos, beans rice but beans and rice were ice cold. They also forgot one of my tacos. I should have double checked before I left, but back at my hotel and leaving early so asked them to refund my card.Again couple things to correct but over all very good.

Ingredients taste good, but the actual construction/wrapping of the burritos was very loose and they fell apart as we were eating them. Also, the queso was very thick, could've been thinner. No salsa or condiments given either. Somewhat disappointing overall.

This new shop hit the ground running & they have hit a home run. Sweet little venue, great help & best of all the food is amazing. Can't decide which is best the carne asada tacos or the pastor burritos!
