Osaka Japanese Cuisine

First of all, I just want to say that this is the worst place that I have ever been. I have traveled many of places and the service was absolutely atrocious. To start it off the gentleman did not get the orders correct at anybody at the table which the cook had to fix, maybe it was because we didn't get a menu. Then it takes an hour to get any type of alcoholic beverage. Next, he doesn't ask the manager any questions when he doesn't know the answer to them he just won't come back to your table. I didn't get my salad or soup and then whenever I asked about it, he wanted to question me like am I sure I didn't get it when there's nothing in front of me. Lastly, our check was completely wrong. We had food that was not ours. We spoke to the manager, who was completely and absolutely on some type of drugs due to his manner and he dilated pupils and shaking completely. I would say, his employees are as well. I will absolutely be calling the BBB to report this place for everything that I'm putting in this message. Then they put on the menu that there is a children's menu available and ended up charging us for a full adult menu for a 6 and 8 year old to later tell us there is no children's menu.The food however, was really good and the chef did really well, however, ask when you go in here because there was only one. A couple that was the table in front of us waited until our food was completely done and we were getting ready to leave before the chef got over there due to only having one. This couple got there shortly after we did.

We decided to give Osaka OB one more try for a take out order. It was so much better than it has been! There was a very nice guy that actually answered the phone and was very polite taking our order. They gave us amazing portions, and the food was super fresh, but the prices have gotten a lot higher. I really hope they continue this way!!

Who would have guessed that Northern Mississippi ISN'T the place for sushi. Oh... everyone.This place used to be decent, but I think COVID really put a damper on it. They weren't busy at all on a Friday night, and that should be your first clue. Our party of nine was seated immediately. We were given plastic utensils, which is... strange. Service started off pretty good and slowly got worse as the night went on.The sushi just wasn't good. Neither didn't make me sick or anything, it just lacked a level of pizazz. Wife said hers tasted frozen.Our table was icky and the floor was sticky. It felt more like a movie theater than a sushi restaurant.Maybe their hibachi is good? If you want to find out, by all means, but if you want sushi I'd pass.

Went there for Hibachi tonight. Ma doesn't restrict the number of people per table so we could fit our family of 10 at 1 hibachi cooktop. We made a reservation, and they brought us right in. Service was great, vegetables were slightly undercooked, but otherwise good. We enjoyed ourselves and would visit there again. FYI larger groups like this the tip is added in automatically. They are also using plastic forks.

Super fast for lunch. I come here all the time, but not often for lunch. Called to place a pickup of chicken fried rice and sushi and it was ready in 10 Minutes!I think the fried rice here is the best, and I got the K-Bomb sushi roll which is full of flavor, and is very filling.Love this place!

Delicious food and service. Best sushi in town. The Big daddy roll was amazing. The dinning are looked new a refreshing.

Great food and great service the new manager Monte was a big help with our party of 10. 5 start service.

Food was great, service was really quick and the manager was awesome. The atmosphere was relaxing after a long day of work. My coworkers and I will be going back.

I'm not sure what it is, but through the course of months Osaka has suffered much their food quality has went down the drain the atmosphere sucks and the food doesn't taste the same.

0 stars- flying insects mixed in with food and per manager they do not give refunds. I do not recommend eating here. DISGUSTING !!!!
