Orleans Bistro

My wife and I both had raves for the meal we had this evening at Orleans Bistro. We had eaten here once before (back in 2014), but had both forgotten. Doing a search tonight as we spent the night here, we saw it review and remembered what a wonderful time we had before. This was a repeat. The food was amazing and we both highly recommend that anyone who might have occasion to be here try this wonderful restaurant.

I live in Missouri and the Orleans Bistro is in Grenada, Mississippi but it is well worth the 400 mile drive to eat there. It's in the old part of town and doesn't have the best ambiance (although the real fire in the fireplace was nice) but it makes up for that with the quality of food and excellent service. I visit a friend in the area twice a year and the highlight is always dining at the Bistro. My personal favorite is the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp with fresh fruit and grilled asparagus. My friend had the filet and her mother had crab cakes. All was superb. Your glass never got empty and the wait staff was attentive but not overly attentive because that's just annoying! I highly recommend this place. Check days and hours before going because the hours vary.

This place never disappoints! We had a party of five and everyone loved it. We started with the fried crawfish tails and the combo appetizers and they were cooked to perfection and delicious. Each of us loved our entrees as well. Only one of us had room for dessert and he had to get it to go. We will definitely go again very soon.

The wife and I slipped into this little gem on a Friday night. We were passing through on our motorcycles and popped in with no reservations. Ann greeted us and let us know they had 2 large groups that night, but invited us in and welcomed us with open arms. We were expecting slow service due to the large groups, but no! Everyone there was very busy but extremely accommodating to us. And the food was amazing! This is a place you need to check out.

Nice quaint vibe with Great service - the pasta was good and seasoned well 4/5- the gumbo was delicious but could've used a touch more flavor 3/5

The lamb lollypops, bacon wrapped shrimp and Tomahawk steak were outstanding, as was the service.

Great local bistro in downtown worth nice ambiance. Service was good and the Mahi-mahi was excellent!

I travel for a living, and this hidden gem is my favorite place to eat in the state of Mississippi. I had the Catfish Thibodeaux, a shrimp and crabmeat stuffed panko bread crumb incrusted catfish filet topped with a Jalepeño cream sauce. They serve it over a veggie rice pilaf which by itself would be amazing. Their appetizers are fantastic, and the Seafood Gumbo is some of the best you'll get anywhere. Also, I love their bread pudding. They also have very good steaks. All in all it's hard to top it!!!

Our Favorite! Everything is great and great people who run it! We feel like we are family at Orleans!
