I'm so disappointed! I was starving after work. and went to my local One and Only BBQ. I ordered a sandwich and also the four piece wing meal. The wings were overly salted and cooked. I love my seasoning and salt, but tonight it was just hard to eat these wings. I don't go to One and Only often and I'm not sure if the quality/preparations changed, but today sadly was not it!

We came here for a late morning lunch. We were on the road and were craving bbq and this was the only place that I was willing to go to that was open before 11AM. This place is huge. Bif parking lot and very spacious inside. Fortunately for us, we were the only ones there so didn't have to wait for other customers food to be prepared before ours. Service was great as well. Our server was very welcoming and friendly. My wife ordered their Smoked Sliced Beef Sandwich. You get about 1/3 lbs of thinly sliced beef and got an option to add coleslaw. This sandwich was very delicious. The meat had a nice smoky flavor and seasoned perfectly. I ordered their special 1/3 Rack of Pork Baby Back Ribs with Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. The sides were ok. Mac and cheese was standard and the sweet potato fries were a little bland. I ordered my ribs dry and chose to apply my own bbq sauce. They had three different ones and my favorite was the spicy habanero. It had a nice kick to it but not too spicy. But honestly these ribs didn't need any sauce. They were perfectly cooked and the dry rub seasoning was perfect. I can definitely see myself returning next time I'm in the Memphis area.

We were seated right away and our waitress was friendly. There's nothing special about the decor or atmosphere. I ordered ribs and greens with a side of deviled eggs while the wife had smoked sausage coleslaw and bbq beans. The food was only mediocre.

I thought this place was great and the service was great too. The Barbeque was smoked pulled chicken and pork. It also came with beans that had a bit of beef in them and were slightly sweet. Three Barbeque sauces on the table. One was habanero. One was sweet. The one with the red top was their spicy one that tasted like KC style as it was sweet and flavorful with just a little red pepper. I would definetly come back here. As good as Kansas City.

All of our food was absolutely fantastic! It also came out quick. Our server was Autumn and she was such a sweetheart and VERY accommodating. We recommend the pork ribs and brisket sandwich, but our favorite was the twice baked potato salad!!! We will definitely be back!
