One & Only BBQ

Went to dinner with my fam last night. We had a great time. Shout out to Meg! She was an awesome server, very accommodating and so sweet! She did a fantastic job serving us. I ordered the half house salad with yogurt dill dressing. It is made in house. The dressing was very tasty and yummy! The chicken was seasoned well and a just right portion. The salad was good but a little small. I decided to order some fries since I was still a little hungry. My family enjoyed their food as there were minimal leftovers. They ordered pork plates, ribs, onion rings and pulled pork sandwiches. The restaurant is quite spacious with tables inside and outside. It is clean andInviting. I am sure we will return again.

The pulled pork was overcooked and dry. The fries were similar to Kroger's frozen fries, bland and dry too. The BBQ sauce was okay, nothing spectacular. The prices were not too high though.The waitstaff was friendly and responded to refills in a reasonable time.The TVs were on Fantasy Football and a megachurch preacher.For me, I don't care to return.

One & Only BBQ is a must any time I visit Memphis. We had the pleasure dining in for the first time recently. Gloria, our hostess was amazing and sweet! My friend had some special needs and Gloria couldn't have been more accommodating.5 stars for Gloria. Thank you Ma'am.

Great service and delicious pork BBQ ribs with double-baked potato salad. Very reasonable price. I came during the afternoon and a server approached me at the door and showed me to a dining table. Harrison was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back for the beef ribs next time.

Happened to drive by this place, at first I thought it was a biker bar but found out it was a great BBQ place! Handmade desserts, perfectly cooked meats that aren't overly smoked and they have the best thanksgiving meal deal around! I tried a pulled chicken plate with green beans and fries. Green beans are canned & a lil gritty with all the pepper, the fries were piping hot and the chicken was fire! I really like the 3 bbq sauces that you can use too mild, medium & habanero.

Delicious BBQ! Smoked Chicken was super flavorful and well smoked. I did try a fried wing and it was very good as well. When in Memphis I feel like ribs should be on the menu and these did not disappoint. They've also got a good selection of sides which alot of bbq places lack.

Our server was very nice. We got a table right away, we arrived right at noon on a Saturday. They have a drive through and a pick up counter too. I got the ribs, mac n cheese and sweet potatoes, it was delicious. Fried pickles were great. Food came out pretty fast.

Quite possibly the best bbq in town. The habanero bbq is the best I've tasted.portions are ample for the price. And the sweet tea in on point.

Yummy! I really like the dry rub bbq! Fried pickles and good local beers! Definitely will return next time I'm near Memphis. I like the big restaurant location they have. We accidentally went to on of the smaller more take out locations and they were having problems with their fan so it would very smoky in this small location. That doesn't mean the food wasn't good. It was just an off visit. Glad they directed us to the big restaurant location.

This review is being written from the only place that truly allows for deep reflection--the toilet. It's currently 3 AM, and I have been awake for an hour battling what can only be described as a Category 5 stomach hurricane. The culprits? Unclear. The suspects? Few. But the only thing that separates me from the rest of my dining companions--who are all sleeping peacefully, blissfully unaware of my struggle--is that I, and I alone, ordered the pork.Now, let's be fair. The pork was delicious. Tender, smoky, beautifully seasoned--it practically melted in my mouth. Unfortunately, a few hours later, it's now melting something else. My friends, who stuck to chicken and brisket, are resting comfortably in their beds, their stomachs unscathed, while I am sitting here contemplating my life choices.I have now been on this toilet for so long that my feet fell asleep and woke back up. That's right--my lower half has been through its own full sleep cycle while the rest of me continues to wage war with the forces of digestion. At this point, I don't know if I need a doctor, an exorcist, or just a firm handshake from the pitmaster to acknowledge their undeniable power over my gastrointestinal system.Would I eat at One and Only again? Absolutely. Would I order the pork again? Also yes--because I am a fool, and I refuse to learn from my mistakes. This meal may have destroyed me, but like a toxic relationship, I just can't stay away.
