These folks caught the tumor that was growing in my head in Dec of 2020. I'd probably either be blind or dead by now without their knowledge & professionalism. They knew there was something wrong with my vision and sent me to a Neurologist who ordered a MRI. He saw the tumor and ordered surgery. Thankful it was benign and that the team was able to remove it. It's been right at a year now since the surgery. My family and I have been using OBEC for about 15 years. I can't begin to thank Dr Monroe & company enough! 5 Stars all the way!

The doctors, nurses and their equipment are as good as it gets. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from, all really good brands, so they might be a bit expensive, but the great quality of the lenses makes them worth it.I took my 10 year old and found out he need glasses, and I got him the expensive pair, and also I know it could be a big mistake to spend that much in a kid, but my logic also tells me that if he doesn't like them and feels comfortable with them he won't use them, so I prefer spending +$200 in a first pair and teach him the meaning of taking care of them, then spending half and see them in his nightstand all day long or broken by the first two wears... hey, that's just me, maybe I'm wrong and I'll have to change my review later on.Ask for Dr. Sean Aldinger, very professional and nice.

The Drs here have always been nothing short of amazing. The lady who works in the insurance has some serious problems. I so wish they had someone in their insurance department that reflected the rest of the staff. Last year she refused to listen to me or my insurance when we were trying to tell her she billed it wrong. Finally went back for my yearly and today she had the audacity to tell me she was still right and I was wrong. And everyone backed her up. It's crazy. They are now trying to say I had pink eye and that's why they billed it medically last year! My husband was at the appointment with me last year and no one ever said anything about pink eye. First they say one thing, then another. Whatever they can do to back themselves up. I could go on and on with this lady. I just don't understand, if the issue was resolved why bring it back up? Just to prove your point? Completely ridiculous! No way to treat someone!

Olive branch I care is top notch. After calling my regular eye doctor for an emergency, they couldn't get me in. So I called Olive branch Eyecare and even though they didn't have an appointment for two weeks, they worked me in that day because it was an emergency, even though I've never been there before. The staff was super professional and pleasant. Dr. Parker was great also. He was easy to talk to and explain what was going on and immediately checked my eyes, diagnosed the problem and came up with the plan for what we need to do. He even worked me in the next day to check up on me. This place is awesome, and I booked my regular check up appointment before I left, so that I can start coming here. They're my new eyecare people!

I have been seeing Dr. Monroe for years and she is great. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone because I have had several bad experiences now with them. Last years eye exam I was in the waiting room for 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment. Then my appointment was rushed of course. This year they were on time thankfully. I went to the front to order my yearly supply of Dailies contacts, the same prescription I have gotten for years, along with new lenses for my glasses. I did not think this was a difficult request. The girl did not know what she was doing, she complained she didn't normally order contacts. Not my problem. This is your job, figure it out. This is an eye doctors office...this is what people are here for everyday and you don't know how to order contacts?! She got help from another girl and she did not seem to have a clue either. It took a good 20 minutes for them to finally submit my order. I left my glasses there for them to insert new lenses. When it comes time to pick them up they lost my glasses and also couldn't find my contacts. Took them forever to find these as well. I am about done with this office. It is so unorganized and no one knows what they are doing half the time. As much as I love Dr. Monroe, unfortunately I may be going elsewhere next year.

Have been to this facility twice and had problems each time. They will not take my input into consideration when evaluating my cataracts. Staff didn't try to help me with it, just kept telling me that's the way it is. Only one doctor makes the decision on cataract surgery, so no point in getting second opinion at this facility.

My son was sent a text saying it was time to come in for a visit. he made an appointment and was seen. Once he was leaving they explained that is wasn't covered under insurance and charged him for a non insurance covered exam. I called multiple times and left at least 5 messages for Dr Parker to return my call to address this situation but he has not attempted to call and correct it.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go here. My family and I have been going there for years but they have made changes (new staff). They gave me the wrong pd measurement (64.5) because I wanted to buy a pair of glasses online, and then backtracked when I went in to inquire about the prescription. When I went back to let them check them because I wasn't able to see with them as well as I thought I should, they (Chasity) told me there are no half sizes. I naturally thought I must have misunderstood during the initial visit. Later at home, I retrieved my prescription from the file cabinet and saw where the original staff (Destiny) had indeed writen the pd measurement as 64.5. The online company that made them rounded up, not down, just as I would, just as we're all taught, anything half or above half, round up, below half round down. When I went back with prescription in hand showing where it was written with a half size, Chasity tells me ther ARE half sizes. So which is it, last time her exact words were, "Ther are no half sizes." Funny how what she says changes based on whatever info the person in front of her has as proof. She also emerged from the back where she went to read my lenses with a smirky smile on her face. Bottom line is, do not go here. I now have a nice pair of frames with a useless pair of lenses in them from a very reputable online company, all because of OBE's dishonesty, and they refuse to make it right! I think the doctors are very competent and nice, especially Dr. Aldinger, and Dr. Monroe, but don't bother buying your glasses from the staff out front, or trusting they give you the correct pd measurement. Get it from the doctor themselves or use the instructions to do it yourself on the optical websites. Olive Branch Eyecare are liars and cheats, not to be trusted. I even wanted the other new pair I was wearing adjusted, simple enough, but changed my mind talking to Chasity, I wouldn't trust them to touch them at all now. They should have been willing to remake the lenses at no charge, because they were made wrong (at no fault of the online company), based on the information THEY gave me! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! YOU MIGHT BE SORRY!
