O Taste and See Pies and Quiche

Delicious homemade cakes and pies!Food: there was a massive selection of cakes and pies. We tried the key lime pie, coconut pineapple cake and banana pecan cake. I honestly don't have a favourite because I loved them all! Ranged from $3-5 a piece from what I recall. The employees also mentioned that they won best pie for their key lime and I see why!! Perfect amount of lime and tartness with a great crust.Service: very quick as they have the cake and pies pre-packaged. Extremely friendly ladies on site that made us want to stay and chat (but they were closing at 4pm)!

So happy we went here! After having barbecue several times in the last few days we needed a change. Found this gem when searching in my maps app and we decided to try it. My husband had the Mama special, a club, that was excellent & I had the chicken salad on Texas toast. Really good. But the very best part was the piece of pineapple coconut cake that I brought home to have with coffee! The staff was welcoming and appreciative of our visit. This was a great find for us!

The Staff here is always friendly, the food is GREAT! Always an awesome experience when you visit this place! please do yourself a favor and order the chicken salad stuffed eggs and the Cajun Club! You won't regret it!!!

We just found this little cafe through our southwest rapid rewards and wanted to go check it out. It's a little place with a big taste!! My husband ordered the meatloaf sandwich and I had the taco pie. Honestly the meatloaf on his sandwich is the best I've ever had it was so juicy and delicious with bacon on top and thick Texas toast! Heaven in my mouth! My taco pie was not as exciting it didn't taste like taco to me it had red enchilada sauce which is one thing I just don't care for it had 1/2 an inch of cheese melted on top so that was a plus! But I couldn't get past the red sauce so my husband and I traded and he loved the taco pie, but said it tasted like a tamale. Haha anyway he loved it. We got lemon cake which was moist and delicious and sweet potato pie for dessert. Just to try. Excellent!! I would definitely recommend checking these guys out. I posted all their beautiful holiday decorations! So lovely! And the lady at the counter who helped us was very helpful and friendly.

So I read an article via MSN's website about the best pies in each state. I figured some joint in Nashville would pop up for TN, but it was actually this place. I've been in Memphis for over a year and never heard of this bakery until now. After a half day at work, drove from my side of town to see what I've been missing. Settled on a mini key lime pie which was awesome! Perfect portion and the right amount of tart in each bite. The fact that this place is only open Tuesday to Friday with a 4pm closing sucks. Keep that in mind. Also, $10 minimum purchase on credit/debit cards.

This is my new go to place when I'm in Memphis. Mrs Jackson and her staff are incredibly friendly. My first 2 visits were to get some mini pies and cake slices. I gave some to family and friends. All raved about them. My last 2 visits I got the chicken salad sandwich for lunch. SO good! My last visit I got a whole Sweet Potato pie. Everyone I shared it with said it was as good as they've ever had. My niece said she's dreamed of that pie for the last 3 days. This is a must visit. You won't be disappointed.

I saw this store on the local news and wanted to try it. OMG, the banana cake and key lime pie was delicious! Great job; I'll be back!!!

The owner, Barbara Jackson, and her assistant are fantastic. The Pies are simply wonderful.

The best Millionaire Pie in the land. Don't forget to order the Mango Tea on the side of everything.

Good food, quantity does not match the price. Sandwich and chips with no drink or cheese on the sandwich was 6 dollars. Pies taste homemade cakes taste like box cake. Very disappointing by the cake, total waste because I was expecting to taste flavor/butter/ fluff/ moisture with every bite.
