I was the Only customer there on a Friday night. For a huge place I was quite surprised because back when it first open there was a long wait.

This place has gone down hill....fast... we went for dim sum. They were out of a lot of things. Kind of disappointing.. also. Inside was so so hot! They didn't turn on the AC. Food taste old. This place used to be the spot for dimsum. Always packed. Now, there's barely anyone. The quality of the food isn't good. I was pretty upset about it. The baked pork buns were so hallow on the inside. You can tell that the har gaw was frozen then steamed. I wouldnt bother coming back for dimsum for a while. Although, service was ok.

Noodles Asian Bistro has the best deep-fried shrimp (dim sum) ball and bang bang chicken. Everything was cooked freshly, you saw the steam coming from the plate. I did enjoy my food, but the customer service could've been better. It was only one young lady working the floor when I walked in. Other customers came in after me but no one was standing at the door to greet them or seat them. The customers seated themselves because of the wait. Overall, I will go back hopefully they will have more help.

Ordered for delivery tonight and several things were wrong/missing from my order, and the food we got did not taste right at all. Orange Shrimp came without the sauce and without the rice, so it was just fried shrimp thrown into a box. The combo plate where you can get multiple small orders of entrees with a side were mixed together and not separated, so everything tasted the same. Trying to get my husband to expand his tastes and figured maybe a little of everything would help but not from this place. The noodles were bland, tasteless, and way overcooked/gummy. The fried sugar biscuits tasted like they were cooked in old oil. They didn't give me the soup that I ordered at all. Tried calling the restaurant with no answer. Have requested a refund through UberEats. It's sad because the location in Germantown was always decent when I worked in that area. I have pictures of the food, and it just looks sad....and for $50 to feed my family, that's ridiculous.

Dropped in for a quick lunch. I was one of 2 tables occupied. Service was very slow. Perhaps they had a lot of take out orders at the time. I ordered the lunch special - Mongolian beef and brown rice. It also came with a ginger salad and spring roll. Although the food was slow to come out, it was hot and fresh. The beef was flavored well a tad bit over cooked but overall it was a good meal.

We had a large family gathering here right before Christmas to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. They definitely serve traditional Cantonese style cuisine here. The fried rice and lobster were excellent, and the dim sum was also excellent (we came back for dim sum the next day).However, the quality of some of the dishes was slightly off. For example, the bird's nest dish was not crispy, and the sauce on the sweet and sour pork was not as flavorful as I'm used to tasting. Food aside, my main gripe about this place is how slow they are in getting out the food. Dinner took about 4 hours (granted, we had events going on, but I'm thinking it should have taken about 3). Dim sum took about 3 hours. We did have large gatherings at dinner and dim sum, but they still need to vastly improve their output time.

I ordered to go some Tom Yum! This is the first time I ever order soup from anywhere ! Honestly, the shrimp just looked straight up defrosted. Also, while picking up through the drive through, I thought it was weird how tightly the opened the little drive through door! I took a little peach and the machinery made me regret even picking up the food! I also tried to order some HawGow and she told me I couldn't because I didn't know what it was bc I called it shrimp dumplings... this place needs a reality check!

Food and service good... until the rude waitress called out a party member about not tipping on the card. I personally tip cash as do many people. It was embarrassing to say the least. They were tipping in cash, but her greedy self had plenty to say in public. Never again.

Used to be our go to when in Bartlett. No longer. Sorry because quality none existent. Cooks may have changed.
