New Lin's Garden

I no longer live in Memphis but visit often. My go to Chinese was Shang Hai on Poplar but they closed down. I was staying downtown and came across New Lin's and decided to order from here. I was surprised at how good and flavorful the food was. We got combination fried rice, house special egg fu young, and orange chicken. I've never had egg fu young gravy this good. Everything was yummy and they give you a lot. Those three dishes lasted my family two night as well. I'd recommend them for sure.

Great for the price. Ordered over the phone and they took their time with me to get my order down, no issues. Food was ready in 10 minutes and hot. Specialty wings have to be my favorite because they're big and the pork fried rice is yum. Lots of beef in my beef lomein and I would like to try their soups.

We ordered for the first time last night through DoorDash. It was delivered super fast, the portions were huge and the food was very hot. Unfortunately it tasted like it was yesterday's food. The orange chicken was more bread than chicken and was overcooked. The chicken in the chicken and broccoli was dried out. The chicken in Kung pao chicken tasted like it was made yesterday. Vegetables were good in that dish, especially the mushrooms! But overall we will not be ordering from them again. Mulan Bistro is way better.

I ordered via doordash. At first, I didn't have too many expectations. However, their food and portion are beyond my imagination. They deserve a 5-star! Make me have homesickness after having their food!

Ok I am writing this is as I eat the best Chinese food I've ever had. It's also hot and fresh. Despite it's appearance, it is so so so good. The General Tao's chicken is always crunch and spicy. The vegetables also seem like someone just cut them. Don't judge this book by it's cover. Just get take out.

My husband and I wanted to try a new Chinese food restaurant so we found New Lin's on Yelp and called in an order. We used gps to get us there and it directed us down an alley behind the restaurant. But we still found it. It's a small place with great prices and they also had other food choices as well. (Like wings) I had Lo mein and my husband had Kung pow chicken. They were both very good. We will definitely go back.

I had delivery sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice and it was very good. The chicken was very tender and fresh tasting and the pork fried rice was actually FRIED rice. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was and will have to go in and order something Sichuan.

My favorite Chinese food in memphis. Extremely quick service and delicious food. I love the general tso's chicken, extra spicy. Affordable.

Not good. Clearly using yesterday's chicken. Egg roll was decent. There are alot better take out places to try, don't go here.

Was charge for a large but received a small and wasn't even good!! Terrible place and would not recommend!!
