Staff was friendly, food was pretty good. It's Chinese food in northeast Arkansas so I was not expecting anything amazing. The buffet was constantly being filled. I will eat there again if I'm on that side of town.

I am so freaking sick trying to gag so throw up my food I have seen restaurants to where you find a hair in your feud from time to time but this by far is the worst place I have ever been to not only it was a hair it was a pubic hair don't ever eat there I assure you I told the lady upfront I did not want to pay I'm literally gagging in front of her people are looking at me like I'm stupid and I told her that is not just a regular hair that is a pubic hair So she said I have to pay and she took three dollars off I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so grossed out when I look down to see it do you not ever eat at this place again this place needs to be shut down or properly inspected

Was in town for a couple of nights and chose to come here because it was cheap and easy. Staff were friendly and the place was clean but the food just didn't hit the mark. Nothing tasted quite like I thought it would. The sushi was rubbery, and pretty average. The lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken just tasted 'stale' around the edges like it had either been cooked too long or had maybe been sitting there a while. Dishes involving crab sticks were dried out and kinda shriveled. Even the fried rice just tasted kind of tired and under seasoned. Everybody has a bad day and maybe this was it for New Hunan. Not somewhere I will try again as there are too many other options in town

Best Chinese restaurant in town. I've never gotten sick eating at Hunan like I have at other Chinese restaurants.Edit: I moved to a bigger city recently and I have tried a bunch of Chinese restaurants. Nothing comes close to Hunan. When I go back home to visit, I try to come eat here.

Floors inside the restaurant need to be swept and vacuumed. The garbage on the grounds in the back, especially the right corner, need to be picked up, as well as the front area! The food is good, but you have to wonder if the kitchen is tidy!

Food sucks!! Cold and hard. Dirty carpet too! I've eaten at several places like this across the country. This one is by far the worst one I have ever been too. The service was hit and miss as well.

I was shocked to find a sushi and Chinese food buffet in a small town. It was actually very good. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. As we were passing through I doubt we'll be back but if I lived closer I would.

I was really disappointed in our last carry out at Hunans. I tasted one of their egg rolls and It was awful! It was not the same egg rolls we used to get and it showed. Overpowering cinnamon taste was bad and no taste to the rest. Please go back to your other egg rolls please!
